Beautiful tree, well packed.
When my little tree arrived after it's long journey (royal mail sent it to the wrong depot and it was 3 days late) it was beautifully packed and it had survived its long time in the box. I am thrilled to bits withh it, it is beautiful.
It has joined my little collection and seems very happy.

I am very pleased with my Bonsai tree. I agreed to a delayed delivery of 2 weeks so that the plant developed more leaves. It was superbly and safely packed, and delivered carefully.

Had a wonderful experience at Yorkshire bonsai. Paul was extremely helpful and welcoming. Provided good insights and made sure trees were available providing protection for online buyers, and made sure I was aware of discounts. Even offered to knock the price down but his service deserved the initial price. Thank you for assistance and service

Little bit of shrinkage but otherwise excellent.
Bought a 37cm x 29 cm bowl from them. The bowl is fantastic, delivered on time but with one small problem.
It seems to have shrunk a bit in the post as it now measures 36cm x 28cm.
And, customer service. Didn't have any significant interaction with them but the website is really fit for purpose, and clear and easy to use but I didn't like being asked to leave a tip to show my appreciation. We're not American, well not yet until Trump decides to buy our small collection of islands, so no tip this time, otherwise well recommended.

5 Stars is not enough! Honestly the service I received was amazing! Nothing was too much trouble and they listened to me. Saved my beloved bonsai and took such good care of her. Cannot recommend Yorkshire Bonsai enough! Have just purchased another bonsai to add to my collection and I will definately be purchasing more for them!! 100 out of 10! 😁

Flowers out Bonsai in!
Fed up with spending a fortune on fresh flowers for Valentine’s Day only to see them in the bin a week or so later, so thought I’d go Bonsai!
As a complete beginner I knew very little but was given excellent advice. My requirements and budget were listened to and an appropriate tree was selected.
Delivery and packaging was excellent and my wife’s beautiful tree arrived in excellent condition.
She’s happy - I’m happy, and I fully expect to be buying from Yorkshire Bonsai again soon!

Beautiful plant!
The Chinese Elm I picked was to be selected by the nursery, so no control over the actual specimen, but the tree I received was absolutely beautiful and very close in shape to the one displayed online. Also beautifully potted up and packed professionally and securely. Delighted with my purchase!

Great Company & Independent Advice
I initially read their online help pages and then contacted Yorkshire Bonsai directly as I was worried about a tree I had received as a present (purchased elsewhere). Paul was very quick to reply and his advice has been incredibly valuable. A lot of the generic online tips you read are not wholly correct, each tree is different, and I found this out with Paul's help. I now have the information I need to repair my tree's stress and hopefully it will go from strength to strength. Their trees look amazing and I would have no qualms purchasing one, knowing I would have excellent customer care if needed.
