Don’t waste your money. Similar to the other one star reviews I was falsely reassured by co.uk website. The drone eventually arrived from China 5 weeks later minus the additional battery I had ordered. The drone itself was faulty and could not be controlled resulting in it being irretrievably lost on the first flight. Very disappointing.

It is a company we are very satisfied with, we are currently on our second order. Very good price/quality ratio

Absolute scam of a Web site. Says 30 day return. You can't return sale item's and guess what every item is on sale. Claims to be British which is absolutely 🐂💩. The item gets imported from China, the only reason my item was eventually dispatched a month later was because I started a dispute with my credit card company. So I eventually received a drone which you could probably buy in the gadget shop for £50.claims to be 4k guess what 🐂💩. BE WARNED, DO JOT USE THIS SITE

Never ever buy from this company. Their drone are cheap rubbish. Advertised as 4K drones but the footage is nowhere near 4K quality not even SD quality.

Unfortunately despite I am very very careful and not buying anything from unknown websites, I have to admit that I am a victim of scam from this website.

The website is designed in a very professional and attractive way, they put fake reviews by fake buyers. The website use a UK domain ( .co.uk) which convinced me more.

The reality is that this website is a Chinese site and completely unrelated to the UK but it targets people in the UK using UK domain. All the products and reviews are fake and nothing is real unfortunately!

I paid £154 for a drone and didn’t receive it and they send me a fake tracking link which didn’t show anything. When contacted them they stop responding!

I have to admit that I have been fooled by this website and wasted £154 in this difficult time.

Please never never never think to buy from this website. I know you may be tempted by the design, products and prices, but you giving them your money for nothing just to get sadness and anger!

Not uk based ,cheap rubbish not quality and genuine discount ,wont reply to e mails ,faulty drone waste of time and money DO NOT BUY!!!! Rubbish service rubbish company RUBBISH DRONE

Scam website, chinese not UK.
Refused a refund faulty very poor item, offered 40% off, for a faulty unit why would i keep it?
The return address didnt exist, out of pocket.

Do not buy from this company
This company looks great upfront. Where it goes wrong is from the purchase onwards. The product takes weeks 6 - 8 weeks to arrive. They do not tell you this upfront
There is no customer support. There is NO detailed instructions. Other than a short booklet which you have to read with a magnifying glass. My product did not work and I have struggled to get a refund.
My advice is do not buy from them.
You will struggle to get your money back

Returns have to go to China but parcels companies won't take the package so you are snookered.
I've just put the drone in the bin and written off my £'s.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!
