FRAUDSTERS!

FRAUDSTERS!! I placed an order on 13th Feb and did not receive it on scheduled delivery date. I chased the order with them several times via email, Instagram and Whatsapp, I tried calling them but there was no response. They eventually responded via email but fobbed me off stating the order was being sent out but did not provide shipping details. I have not received anything to date. Their website has a professional look to it but don't be fooled. Avoid at all costs!!

Orders don’t arrive! Avoid!

Placed an order which stated 4-7 working days for delivery, which is also quite bad as it’s £5 and ordinarily this would be next day for any reputable company.

Order states to email a “no reply” email address which is odd, and no surprise that is was “blocked” when I tried.

No registered address on website, another massive red flag. I only ordered as they had an item in stock I couldn’t find elsewhere, but I highly doubt this is ever going to appear as it’s clearly a fake company. I wish I had seen these reviews first.

I will be opening a claim with my bank, and reporting to trading standards as this is not a genuine company at all, happily taking peoples money for products they do not have.

Please avoid and spend your money elsewhere!

Agree with the poor reviews here

Agree with the poor reviews here. I placed my first ever order with them for two cake tins on 11th March, delivery paid for and stated as 4-7 days. Now on 28th March no tins, no e mail from them explaining a delay. I e mailed the address provided in the order: confirmation to chase up - of course to have my e mail returned and advised as blocked. So feels like I’ve been scammed - would NEVER use again.

Can't complain ... happy customer

Ordered from this site for the first time , and even though couple of the items did say pre order, I recieved my complete order quick within 5 days.
An item was missing however I contacted them and it was shipped out and again delivered quickly , the customer service was really friendly

Amazing customer service!!

Came across yourbaking on Instagram I ordered their stylish cake boxes which is currently my favourite. Customer service and communication is 100% . Thank you Reiss for sorting out my orders and ensuring a timely delivery of the items also.

Excellent service

Great service and quick delivery when an order went through and we needed to upgrade the delivery to next day. Very helpful and ordered items were delivered on time as promised.

Shocking company that steal from customers

Terrible company, I placed an order with next day delivery on the 1st Feb. I still haven’t received it, I emailed them after a week and they told me that the items I ordered weren’t actually in stock but they could send a different product, and refund my next day delivery charge. I explained that I would want a refund as I no longer needed the original product and I didn’t want something I hadn’t ordered. At this point they stopped responding to me. I contacted my back to try and reverse the charge, and they are now ignoring my bank too. Do not order from this company, even though they have stolen £36 from me, I also lost £600 in orders that I could not fulfil and had to cancel,

Absolutely shocked at these reviews!!! My experience with this company has been magnificent. I had emailed about inquiring for a big party order and received an email back within 2 hours. This was my first point of satisfaction. I then placed my order for the next week and had it delivered on the exact day and time i requested. I had spoken to the owner, he was honestly the kindest and had a great chat with him. The cakes i had ordered definitely lived up to my expectations and i will be ordering from here again.

Scam company

Scam company. Sent me a couple of items that were over a year out of date and I didn’t receive the rest of my order. No reply to emails or calls. Stay away from this company as they are scammers.

I placed an order for some cake boxes…

I placed an order for some cake boxes on the 26th of February on a 2-4 day delivery which I needed for the 5th of March latest. I have sent 2 emails to ask if they have been despatched with no response. I have tried the number on the website which is saying ‘ you have dialled incorrectly’. I am now posting this review as it may be the only way to get a response.

I think you have my order mixed up, I have not ordered tins I have ordered cake boxes. I have not received any responses to the 2 emailed enquiries I placed through your website, or any correspondence at all since placing my order on the 26th of February. I will endeavour to contact you again and hopefully have a response this time.

Hello we apologise you felt the need to leave this review, you ordered a pre-order item which meant there was a delay in the order, you then got in contact with us and we informed you of this and decided to send out the remainder of the order and send the tins when they are back in stock, however this is no the case as you have requested a full refund which was then issued

Worst company and terrible service.!

Updated. Last week they said they’d refund the money and it would be in my bank within 3-5 working days.i wasn’t holding my breath and good job I didn’t. Still not received.
Keep seeing positive reviews from people who have never left a review before which troubles me too as they seem fake. Too many people are not getting their goods or money back and not getting any response

I have sent messages and still haven’t had so much as an acknowledgment to those even though my order was placed on 31st January. I still have not received my order. Absolutely disgusting way to treat customers who have paid you good money. Still posting on Facebook but ignoring your actual customers. Do not order from this company.

I love the Baking Company

I love the Baking Company! I’ve ordered from them a few times and always end up going back because of the customer service and amaazing quality of products.
I think it’s a bit unfair to allow a small mistake to put you off the company. All companies make mistakes, but taking responsibility and fixing it is what means something.
I always give a company another chance if I’ve had a negative experience before deciding whether or not they are worth my time and money. I think it would be beneficial to customers to also give the Baking Company another chance if they havent had the best experience previously 😊

Poor Service

I have been trying to contact Your Baking Company for a month about my order which never got dispatched. They told me that they have requested a refund due to the products being out of stock, however that was three weeks ago and I have still not received my money!

Still waiting 4 weeks later for my…

Still waiting 4 weeks later for my order to be delivered was told it was due 2 days ago still nothing and no replies to my messages for last w days even though they have been seen. The finally sorted my order and it should be delivered on Monday. I left this review after 2 days of no replies as I was frustrated as it had been nearly 4 weeks for my order. I have changed my rating as it was finally resolved

Hello Natasha, we apologise you have felt the need to leave. this review, we did discuss with you that one of the products you ordered was now out of stock, the order was then sent and the missing items have been refunded and extra sprinkles mixes were also included, we apologise that you felt was necessary to leave you the review but when speaking via instagram with yourself it seems there was no issues with the new arrangement of your order - there was then delays with DPD as discussed with you via instagram
