I bought a book and user the after pay app and haven’t received a conformation to received the book. How can I cancel my order or know where can I receive a conformation

I was happy to get my text book at a great price, but was surprised it was shipping from India ( ordered from US). I received a book reprint of my textbook with tons of errors. I reached out to the company with no response. Do not order your textbooks from here unless you don't care about the book or your integrity.

I would give you a -100 stars. I bought a book from this company received it damaged. Contacted them first they told me it’s between me and the shipping company and they would give me 10% off. If they had packages the book properly the book would have not got damaged. Contracted them before the 15 days like they claim said it has to be before and it was . Don’t purchase from this company. Rip off .

I ordered a book prior to the start of class. 1 week later, no book. Reached out to find tracking information and without an explanation, apology, acknowledgement, received a response that they were refunding my money and cancelling the order. Now I'm in the second week of the course and will have to wait two more weeks to receive the book from another seller.

So awful. I ordered a textbook on 12/19/24 - weeks before it was needed. Nothing arrived. No communication. I emailed to check on 1/3/25 and was told it would be reviewed. Heard nothing back for 10 days. On 1/13/25 - I emailed AGAIN fo follow up again as my class had already started and was told the book was out of stock. They gave me the options of waiting or a refund. I asked for a refund and confirmation that it was processed. I was told on 1/14/25 that it would be refunded within a few hours and the book would be sent to for free to compensate. It is 1/27/25 - I have not been refunded nor any book ever delivered. So awful. Do NOT use this business!!

1/30/25 Per your request…. And, NO, I do not understand. Terrible service and complete lack of follow up took place multiple times. MY MASTER’s level class was impacted by your business’s failures and empty promises. I have documentation of every interaction but will not continue to give you my time to provide it. Your company should not only have my order number but documentation of the interactions. It is what you do. How about YOU do the work to figure it out versus trying to make my review look like it isn’t legitimate.

As stated in my previous post…no book. I did reach out by email as instructed on merchant’s response to my previous post. Their response…”SOrry we cannot find your order. Please verify email.” I am emailing them from the email on the order as I have no other emails. So much for helping my son obtain this book. I even included a screenshot of the transaction which lists all the order details. I truly think the positive reviews are fake.

I tried other Company who has Good Ratings but not all was according to the reviews seen on their Profile. But this Company was exactly as I read in their Profile.

I placed an order 9+ weeks ago. I have not received it yet, nor have I received any update. I have tried to phone (tel: +1 307 392 4159 seems disconnected or not functional) and used the text app on your site. No one is replying. I need to know if your site is a scam or a real company that ships books!?!

Their communication skill was great. Their response was timely, according to the agreement. Your Book Stop work was satisfactory. However, there was not much editing from my original. I expected more changes, editing, and I expected a different view/approach.

both phone numbers are fake, there is no such subscriber. No one answer to emails. The address is in WY but they charge from Hong Kong. I had to block my credit card. FRAUUUUUUUUUD!!! ALL of the reviews have been placed last month and are fake!

I ordered a book from Your Book Stop online on Oct 4 and received it on Oct 9. This was not an expedited shipment. I couldn't recall any difficulties while placing the Order. I was happy to receive it so fast
