I will be buying again Extremely fast service. Order was delivered within 2 days of ordering. Good selection of indestructible toys on their website at reasonable prices. Just wish the extra large durable dog ball was available.

AVOID AVOID AVOID
This company is a total scammer. I ordered 2 XL Chuckit balls. Only one arrived, in a package that had already been opened on arrival to me.
On contacting the company they apologised and said they would issue another ball. They confirmed they’d issued it, and a week later it still hadn’t arrived. I contacted them again to ask for a tracking number, only to be told that the ball hadn’t yet been issued, it would be issued the following day.
I asked for a refund instead of a replacement on the basis that this company clearly aren’t genuine or honest with their customers, and unsurprisingly, it’s now radio silent. No refund and no tracking number for a replacement ball.
If you don’t want to be scammed avoid using this company. It’s the first time I had purchased from them and I will not be using them ever again. If I could give no stars I would.
Disgraceful, should not be in operation.

We understand that our team have investigated this missing item for you and advised that they are investigating with the courier as to why the parcel arrived as it did and a replacement was placed on back order due to our warehouse awating a delivery from the supplier of the toy that you ordered. Customer service helpful when an item was out of stock and no idea when it might be back. Trying to apply my first time discount wasn’t straightforward but I got there in the end . Arrived in time.
