When I ordered my dress I was so excited, but when it arrived I was heart broken, looked nothing like the dress I ordered and left now without a dress or the money to get one. I tried to get my money back but they keep fobbing me off. Honestly don’t buy from here your be so disappointed and waste of money. It literally looks like a net curtain.

This site is awful, I ordered a mother of the bride dress. It came about 3weeks after I ordered. The quality is really bad the lining hangs down and lots of loose treads. I ordered a size UK 16 but it is more like a UK 12. I send seven emails, I have got no reply...so disappointed... Please have nothing to do with this company.... They will take your money and you will not have a leg to stand on....

Avoid at all costs - this is not a UK based business, and getting any refunds from them is proving impossible - not answering emails, money taken from my account twice, I really wish I had read the reviews before I bought from them. I’m now getting in touch with Trading standards to see if there’s anything they can do about the website to stop more people getting ripped off

I have just received my dress for a wedding from yourdress. I sent in my own measurements as they can custom make. I asked for a specific length as the dress I chose was shorter. It was amazing just the right length. The material is gorgeous. I am very happy and will definitely order again from them. It fits me perfectly.

Avoid avoid avoid.
I ordered 2 bridesmaid dresses with correct measurements from my girls and the dresses came and they were awfull, far to big and felt very plasticy, the bust area was like rock.
I emailed asking for a return address and they refused to give me one, spent weeks sending emails back and forth with them trying to give me 15% back on what a paid. I then went to my bank and did a form through them to get my money back. Awfull company

After receiving a mother of the bride outfit, which quite honestly bares little resemblance to the website picture, the quality was beyond poor and the sizing was worse, I asked for return details and a refund, 17 emails later and no closer to getting my money back I'd really recommend that you shop elsewhere. I believed I was ordering from a company based in London, clearly not! Do not order from this company

Do not order from your dress the dress arrived and everything was rubbish dress material was horrible and the stitching on the dress was coming apart I messaged them and they offered 10% of £128 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ They rob you then not email back when ask if can return they ignore your emails… stay clear I promise this place is no good

Do not order from this place it is a con , the mother of the bride outfit I ordered look lovely and classy online , took weeks to come , and what a load of junk , cheap horrible material , terribly made , I’m trying to get my money back but they’ve gone silent , shouldn’t be allowed. 😡😡😡😡

I will suggest never buy anything from this site charged me extra charges and didn’t customise according to my instructions and the dress I received is rubbish 😞😡 and sent me totally different and cheaper dress 😢

I brought my wedding dress on the 11th of October 2021 and it's arrived 28th October 2021☺️and it's perfect I was sooo scared because the reviews 😯 BUT my dress is gorgeous it's so big and the lace I promise the ball gown dress with lace arms I brought is beautiful the undercoat has alot of layers 😍 Xxxx thank you YOUR DRESS xx

I haven't received my dress yet but they're took my payment I'm really stressed because I get married next month and I probably won't have the time or money to buy another dress

My wife purchased a dress for our granddaughters wedding . It was rubbish. After loads of emails like all the other posts she was fobbed off . Now after 5 month we contacted the bank because it was a debit card ( big mistake) anyway we claimed a refund though Chargeback which we have received

I ordered my dress an i was a bit special about it.But i can honestly say my dress arrived an it's even better than the pictures . I couldn't have asked for more it the dress of my dreams.

So too update anyone that is thinking about buying from this online company. Same procedure as others have had. Its taken two weeks already with emails back and forward. 1. Asking if I'm sure I want too return.
2. Saying I need too wait for a code.
3. Asking for pictures and measurements
4. Now saying discount will be offered and how expensive it will be for me too return. Although they state online EASY RETURN. They owe me £350.00.

Dreadful company to deal with. Thought I was dealing with a company in London (as claimed on their website) That’s obviously not the case, the dress ordered is falling apart at the seams and the company is refusing to refund me as they are saying they are far away from England and that it would cost me more in postage to send the dress back to them! They have now offered me 5% refund! Which I am not accepting , so more going back and forward with emails. Not only is the dress poorly made the material is very cheap and completely off the measurements I gave for the personalised service to fit my own body measurements. So disappointed. I really wished I had read the reviews beforehand!

Please do not buy from this website. I wish I had read the reviews first. I ordered a wedding dress £190. It arrived and was nothing like the picture didn’t fit was poor quality.
I emailed them and told them I would like a refund. I received and email asking me to send them pictures of the dress on….. I did this. They said they were sorry could I send them my measurements? I promptly did this. Then I received an email telling me to take the dress to the Taylor’s to make it fit and if I ordered in the further I would receive a good discount.
What the hell. Not acceptable. Very stressful trying to get the address to send back no reply’s . It’s a wedding dress I’m not taking it to be altered it is awful. Please don’t get scammed they shouldn’t be allowed to trade. Will go to the bank tomorrow.

Absolutely rubbish company is registered in london everything if from China and is poor quality. Item arrived damaged in a bag was cut and unwearable. Emails offering 5% refund then 10% gave up in end and passed to credit card all details and took a while but granted in my favour and got full refund but now my email is bombarded with so much junk from horrible sites you got to believe it’s them. Spam filter set to max

This company is awful!!!
Never buy anything from here. They don’t give refund if you want to return anything. They ignore your email, they don’t provide with return address. They rob your money. I keep e-mailing them and they don’t reply, I’ve been robbed of £120!
NO ONE SHOULD SHOP ON THIS WEBSITE AND THIS WEBSITE SHOULD BE ASKED TO SHUT DOWN!
Your website policy for returns needs changing to “WE DO NOT DO REFUND AND ITS NOT A HASSEL FREE RETURNS”

I had been very skeptical after the mixed reviews in placing an order, but I loved the dress so went ahead. My dress arrived axweek earlier than stated and ...
It was beautiful!!! The weight and quality of the dress was amazing, and the colour and beading stunning. I am so glad I went ahead and purchased. Shame about some of their reviews, but I found my dress to be perfect. Thank you Yourdress.
