I have also been scammed by this company
They a refusing to send me return address for me to get my refund
They even have the chick to offer me 5% of the £153 pounds I paid for the dress and express delivery
I have been emailing them to send me a return address over 10 times but they keep refusing

These company shouldn’t be allowed to operate online
They are raki g money of innocent people
Please please sort them down

I ordered a dress LAST NOVEMEBER !!
I still don't have it !!

76 emails later I still do not have the dress and still have not received a refund.
Absolute joke !
My wedding is next week and this brings me to write the review.
If my parents hadn't PAID AGAIN from a reputable site we could be getting some interesting looks waking down the aisle.

I kept checking the tracking on the wesbite that said my dress was in transit .
When the allotted time has passed I had contacted them to explain I hadn't yet received the dress and could they look into it .

The response was that the dress had been delivered.
The purpose of SIGNING for the dress and paying MORE in the shipping to do so was to ensure we had received it.
I had asked for a signature POD of course there wasn't one.
I had asked for them to check with the courier to be told it had been left in my porch .
I dont have one !!!

Id had asked to either be refunded or for the dress to be resent .
To which the reply was I would need to pay again as I needed to understand THEIR position in that they shouldnt be out of pocket .
Their error , their courier , they have my money I STILL HAVE NO DRESS nor resolution !!

PLEASE PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS , or it will cost you .
Total total farce !!
I would love to be able to review the quality of the dress BUT I STILL DONT HAVE ONE .

The seam hangs, seam down the back is sewn inside out, it hard some black spots on it, it's very long so will only fit a long bodied person, the netting has come undone, the bustier caves inwards and the seam hangs. I am so very disappointed I have spent so much money in this item, I feel like they are 'getting me back' for complaining that it took a long time to come!! Lucky they even got 1 star for the dress they sent me.

This site should be shut down they advertise they are in London but they are in china. I tried to cancel as I knew the dresses would be too big as their size charts are not correct but was told it was too late already in transport although I had an email saying order being processed. I have since received the order and have repeatedly asked for return address. No return address supplied only email asking me to keep the dresses for another occassion. I said they were too big and since that email no other communication from them despite requesting return address several times.

Never buy anything from here ordered dress for my daughters wedding believing it’s to be a uk site, when dress arrived it was 3 sizes to small when trying to return for a refund was only offered £14 the dress cost £140, absolutely disgusted. Would never have bought it if I had known it wasn’t a uk site and was false advertising 🤬🤬🤬

Oh how I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing! I ordered a dress and when it arrived it was at least 2 sizes smaller than what was ordered and the quality was atrocious! Contacted them to arrange return and refund as no returns info in packaging. After much tooing and froing we agreed a refund rate which I am still awaiting 3 months later. In process of claiming refund from credit company. They then had the cheek to email me asking for more money from me to cover their costs!!!! Catch yourself on!!! This is a scam company...do not touch them with a barge pole!!!!

I ordered my wedding dress at the beginning of July and tmdress informed me that the dress would take 10-15 days to arrive. I became anxious on day 8. I contacted the company via email. They replied back immediately to me and chased up my order. They reassured me and sent me the tracker so I could monitor my delivery. My order arrived promptly on time and the dress fits like a glove. I am very happy. They are very professional and I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. I am happy and a very satisfied customer.

My mum bought a dress from here without realising it’s a scam- luckily credit card company provided a full refund!!!!

Do not buy from these please I wish I had read reviews because it’s true bought 3 dresses which were poorly made marks on them absolutely awful paid 336 pound was offered 15 percent back would not give address to send them back told me to keep dresses and get altered in the end went to the bank and eventually got money back these need shutting down

Do you not ever order from this website. It says that you can return address within 15 days of delivery, but when I tried to return it with only two days having it they refused to send me an address to send it back. They also refused to refund me and told me I should “ consider keeping it”. Had to get my bank involved, and luckily they were able to recover and refund me my funds. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Trustpilot why can’t you get this website taken down and stop trading, so many people now have been scammed by this company

I ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses and 1 flowergirl dress. All the dresses are too small. I have contacted your dress to send them back and get a refund. They have refused on numerous emails to give me a returns address. Customer service is extremely poor. Dresses are also extremely poor. I wish I had read reviews before I had ordered. My bad 😢

Paid for dress and than canceled deal as I thought it may come different. Waiting for refund almost 2 months cause financial department is very busy. I'm doing a chargeback cause it's fraud

Absolutely awful. Like so many before me I did not check them out first on Trustpilot. Material cheap, fit bordering on the ridiculous. Nothing like the photos. I have spoken to my bank as Yourdress have stopped responding. Thank you to the lady who supplied the return address. I am waiting for my bank’s advice first, as Yourdress have a registered address in the UK not sure why I should have to return it to China, but may have to.

A total scam they wont give me a refund or let me return the dress , they offered me 30 back when i spent £162 on a dress, they said i need to be aware on how much they spent making the dress. It cost me 19.99 in postage and packing as well. DON'T ORDER

I never normally leave reviews but thought I would in this case as after reading some of the reviews here I was skeptical about the one I ordered. However I must say I am pleasantly surprised by it. Ordered 6th June and today my dress has arrived, I ordered a tea length dress as that the style that suit me best. It's not the actual dress that I'll be wearing I hope I just got it as a back up in case my original one doesn't fit (lockdown weight gain) anywho, it came very tightly pack....and I mean tight. It was inside out but I suppose that's to protect any detail. Few random strands here and there but that can be sorted out. Needs a good old steaming tho. Ordered the custom sizing but didn't change the actual sizes on the order just in case. Tried it on and low n behold it's a tad 2 big lol I can put it on myself over my head, which isn't a bad thing. Wasn't expecting the quality to be much cop but again that's surprised me, the netting underneath is a bit dicey but again a good tailor could sort that out. The only thing I'm not overly keen on is the built in bra thingy, it's just two pads stuck into the fabric but again I'm sure that can be sorted out. For the cost of this dress which was a quarter of my actual one I'm happy with it (hoping I don't have use it tho)

Saved my life , had to shield , needed a mother of the bride dress, chose the dress, sent measurements, Very Pleased they went the extra mile for me

My partner ordered a dress from this site on the 13th of April.
The dress was so poor, before hand we read all the Ts and Cs so we had the upper hand if needed like checking the dress first and mot trying it on which we did and the dress was so poor.
We contacted them on the day we got it stating its poor. They tried getting up to accept a refund of £40 which we declined as we wanted the whole £222.98 including the postage back.
They refused this so we threatened to go to our back and request a charge back.
We did this in the end and won the case and got all of the £222.98 back.

If you are having trouble getting a refund please go to your bank as this is covered and can get this reimbursed using something called the chargeback all banks do this all is needed is for you to contact the bank you paid with or if you paid with credit card contact them as you have so much more back up.
