This company is a fraud and they do not accept refunds. They have been a nightmare and i am stuck with a dress I could not wear and did not want because they lied on their website. There one line answers on email where there is no real answer is super frustrating. I WOULD NOT USE THEM unless you have your perfect measurements and have zero expectation you will send it back. Super frustrating and I am a pretty easy going girl. My awful mistake can hopefully save you your sanity.

This site is absolutely disgusting how they can scam people out of money through a clothing website, I now have a solicitor involved and need this website shut down, £86 for a dress that is disgusting material and don’t fit

If i could leave 0 stars i would! My gran purchased a dress for £113 from this site for her daughters wedding. Arrived, poor quality to say the least and did not fit. For the last month i have been going back and forth with them trying to get return info to be told "cannot be resold" "send pictures not wearing bra" "our factory is far away and you will have to pay shipping" By this logic then they simply do not offer returns as the item is unworn and was ordered in a size not made to measure. Complete SCAM of a company!! I only wish my gran has told me in advance as i'd have checked reviews and the fact you cannot pay paypal is a massive red light! Avoid at all costs. I have passed this onto consumer advice

i ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses all in a size 14. Told them straight away that these are not genuine size 14 as all 3 bridesmaid tried them all on. At least one of the dresses should have fitted. There size 14 was more of size 12.

They responded by saying 'that the dress are hand made and they have no stock, which means all our dresses cannot be resold or restocked'. I needed the dresses by end of April 2021 for a wedding beginning of May 2021
I received the dresses on 23/04/21. When i contacted them 2 days after delivery and asked for a return address as there was no invoice or return label. I was told to provide evidence as to the dresses not fitting, and measurements of the ladies. They said that they would amend to their size. Due to the time frame i told them this is not possible and to give me their address to send back and refund my account. I completed the online return and have not had a response. Only response i have had is that i need to send the ladies sizes so that it can go through their QA and RAM department to identify the problem

I took my complaint to the credit card company and they have refunded the payment made. THEN i received an email from Yourdress asking if i could pay them £150 for the material and shipping fee. I DON'T THINK SO.........................

The dress arrived after nearly a month of taking my money. It was unwearable! Such poor quality. The stitching had missed under both arms. The bows on the front are hanging off. I emailed the company straight away, they told me to take it to a tailor at my cost to get it fixed. At time of writing they still haven’t agreed a refund. Please don’t waste your money!!!! Never buy anything from this load of scammers!!!!

This company does not even deserve one star. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! The dress I received was at least two sizes two small. They would not even provide me with a return address and the customer service was absolutely appalling!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Took my money and never gave me a refund. Going to try and sue for fraud. STAY AWAY!

My mother is 81. She ordered an outfit from this seller thinking it was a U.K. address. It seems they are maybe based in China. She ordered a size 16/18 trouser suit. After a wait of 4 weeks a small parcel arrived. Crammed inside was a trouser suit. Probably size 12/14. The edge to edge jacket had been scorched by an iron. It cost £149.99. The materials used would maybe cost £14.99 at most. Despite the website stating items could be returned within 30 days this company have made no attempt to refund the cost. I’ve asked for details of their address and rma to return. Their response is keep it looks lovely. Unfortunately my mother paid with a debit card so I feel as if it’s a losing battle. They are a thick skinned outfit and are basically liars. After sending about 10 e mails they refuse to cooperate. Please don’t make the mistake my mother made as I don’t think for one minute this is a U.K. company.

Do not order from here I’m possible to get in contact with someone still not got a return slip or refund £115 out of pocket. Worst company ever!!!!!

Do not order from this website. My dress arrived 2 sizes too small with blue biro marks in several places. There was also dirt marks. It looked like it had been worn. I paid £200 for a wedding dress I cannot wear. They refuse to refund asking me to remove the stains myself with vinegar. Disgraceful scam company.

Disgusting service, horrible low quality (no quality) dress! They do not do returns and the dress was not only awful but not the right size! Please avoid to save money!!!!!!!!

The worst site ever avoid at all costs ,my dress was nothing like the colour it was meant to be ,diamonds missing ,did not fit plus had to keep sending emails to see if I was going to receive it for daughters wedding no response of course, I had to get another dress from another site, they would not take the dress back it's still in bag at bottom of wardrobe total waste of £120

Do not buy from this awful company, brought two dresses for a wedding in July arrived quickly, but as soon as they arrived didn't look anything like the pictures and didn't fit, requested to send back either swap for another size or get a refund and they don't want it back and refuse to give you a refund so £220 just threw down the drain really because we have been left with two dresses that don't fit....

If I could give this company a minus and award a big flag for a scammers website would. I paid £175 for a dress that looked stunning.. what I got is cheap nasty material, I got a dress that hasn't been sticthed at the neckline at all, not sure if I should grow three arms in order to wear it, they have demanded proof that I send photos, which ive done three times and now they have vanished, scarlett pimpernel company.. do your research, check address, emails and phone numbers because these cowboys have none apart from a ropey email address that has only replied once to my countless messages for a refund as I get married in May so haven't got long to find a dress and recoup my money... absolute joke..update this is the last message I got back...

My dress arrived yesterday and I was so anxious after reading these reviews, and honestly ... it’s perfect!

I ordered it bigger and it needs slightly adjusted due to that but that’s it! Can’t speak for others but I am really happy !

I ordered the dress using the measurements supplied on the website carefully as it was for a wedding and l did not want to get it wrong. When it arrived, it was not a good fit at all with the fitted bust line up in the shoulders.
I contact Yourdress and they asked for photographic evidence (which l sent which included evidence of marks on the dress), they then asked me to keep it and have it altered! When l refused to do this and that l wanted my money back, they asked me to keep it as they cannot resell it and they would ask management about some compensation.
I have found the whole customer service very difficult and unhelpful. Once you have bought an item, if you are not satisfied and want a refund, you have to go through hoops.
I have still not had a refund!

I already ordered my dress before I saw these reviews and so was worried how it would come. The order process was simple, I couldn’t decide which size to order so emailed and was advised to go for the custom fit. It was a bit extra but I needed to be sure it would fit. It arrived within a couple of weeks unexpectedly, I thought I would get an email saying it had been dispatched, which was great as I was getting a bit anxious as my Wedding is in May. The dress is gorgeous with expensive feeling material, seemingly very well made but my only complaint would be how it was packaged. Although it was inside out, presumably to protect the embellishments, it was very tightly folded and inside a small ziplock style clothes bag so it was quite creased. It’s not a big deal and I can understand why it was done like that so if that is the worst that can happen you needn’t have any concerns about ordering. I can’t speak for other people obviously but I did have a good experience.

I ordered a mermaid wedding dress from them when I received it I am not fully satisfied with the fabric material so I asked for a return and a refund but up to this date I haven't heard from them. They even asked me to reconsider the dress because when shipped back they will just throw it .

Please ladies do not ever ever order from this company. I had a very terrible experience.

Please don’t waste your money and purchase from this shop. Unfortunately, I was a scammed out of over £100. Had I read the reviews before then I would not have bought from them. Don’t ignore the reviews they are true and you will lose your money if you buy from this company. You have been warned.

I bought a dress that came and looks nothing like the picture. It’s was a completely different dress. The dress is so horrible. I email them and sent pictures and said this is not the dress and the lady replied and said it’s nice. I said I wanted a refund and they have ignored me since.

£100 down the drain.

I really wish I had searched this site first. I have had a terrible experience with this company. Poor quality dress, doesn’t fit properly and asked for refund. Had to constantly email for reply. Asked for photos which I sent, asked me to get it adjusted myself, asked me to keep it as they don’t re stock or re sell. Appalling. How are they still allowed to trade. I will contact trading standards but think they need to be removed from the Google search engine.
