It shipped from Germany I did not know it changed from England to Germany. When it arrived one of the containers seal was opened. The container did not look right, different shade of green and the lid was a Matt black instead of gloss black and the contents smelled different than all the other orders I got before.
I taught I had been scammed so I call your office in England and they informed me that a new factory was shipping from Germany it would have been nice to know that in the first place also it was slower arriving to Ireland

Been customer for over 3 years. My dog suffered with blocked anal glands, nightnare. Since using canine prime she has had no problems. Cannot praise this enough. Would 100 percent recommend this product. Give it a try,.

Hello Jason! I completely understand why it might seem that way at first glance, but it doesn't give the full picture of the product.
Our formula is much more than a standard multivitamin blend. The quality, sourcing, dosages, and combination of ingredients all contribute to its overall effectiveness and value. Simply comparing ingredient names on a label can be misleading, as it doesn't reflect the quality of the ingredients or how the formula has been designed to work together.

Not for every pet
My dog stopped eating his food even thought I followed the advice on adding a bit at a time. He lost half a kg in 3 weeks and was advised my vets to stop using as he has cushings disease and could impact further on his health. I cannot recommend as my lovely boy just wouldn’t take to it.

1st they changed their product from a deep green to a greyish coloured powder. (They have denied this charge)
My dog will no longer eat food with this on after this change.
The subscription sends an email and just bills you and ships to you £104.85 not enough time to check, change, or stop or pause this in time.
I’ve now tried for 2 weeks to return a shipment. And they are ignoring my emails now. You have to complete a “return application form” online to ask for permission to return. And as part of this you are FORCED to fill in a full questionnaire all about your pet. Which is weird as hell.
Then nothing happens. No acceptance. NO RETURN LABEL THEY REFUSE.
you have to arrange your own postal service. That’s significantly more expensive than they could get.
I’ve been forced to phone in to complain. The lady was nice.
But couldn’t even find me on the system.
She admitted that noone had replied to me.
But the process remains the same. All for me to arrange. Oh and they will take 2 weeks to process the order when it comes back before they even consider a refund.
I will never ever buy from this company again

I’ve reviewed your account and can confirm that a full refund was already processed on 10th June. The funds should now be showing in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Regarding the product colour variation, our Green-Lipped Mussel is naturally sourced from New Zealand, and the colour can vary depending on the batch and catch. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.
In relation to returns, our policy is clearly outlined on our website. Customers are responsible for return postage costs, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
I can also confirm that your subscription was selected at the time of order on 2nd June 2025 with a 180-day delivery cycle, which is why the subscription pricing was applied. This option is chosen at checkout by the customer and can be managed or cancelled at any time.
That said, your account has now been fully refunded and the subscription has been cancelled, so no further orders will be sent.

Wonder dust
I've been using Canine Prime for five years on an rx breeding spaniel who was in shocking condition and had a mammary tumour. At ten, she runs as fast as my younger dog, has a shiny coat, is bright and alert and hasn't had an ear infection or a recurrence of tumour. I can see a difference after just a few days without it, or even if I reduce the dose. In fact I took the other dog off it because her energy is already high and it just made her feel too well! I do wish it was less expensive though

My golden retriever Nell loves it
My golden retriever Nell loves it and her coat is so silkey and that's just after two weeks use. Nell is on her 3rd jar as she has 2 scoops per meal.
