Haven't had watch long enough to give honest review.

Since purchasing the stride watch, I feel safer. I live on my own and it’s the best thing going. I wear it all the time so if I need help at any time I know someone is at the other end. I definitely would recommend the stride watch to anyone.

At c o630 While checking the time, I inadvertently pressed the alarm function.
As I am deaf, I did hear the reply and continued dozing
I was then fully awoken by neighbour (my first reponder) who had been telephoned and asked to check on me.
This was a false alarm but the systems reaction was VERY IMPRESSIVE

It's given my family and I peace of mind knowing if I go out alone I will always have an easy way to contact someone in an emergency and also living alone it's just the same

Useful piece of kit & for own guidance. Occasional near attempt to tell me I've or nearly had a 'fall; usually because I've shaken out an item of laundry too vigorously. Helpful reminder re number of steps or need to be a bit more energetic.

Fantastic service banged my watch a few times by accident and the call center are straight on the watch to make sure everything is ok. Watch is very comfortable to wear and very light only as big as a smart watch, it's incredible the watch and the service. If you or a loved one have problems getting about this watch will give you peace of mind that you can get help whenever and wherever you need it.

YourStride has a great product and excellent customer service. Their product is perfect for my needs and the buying process was very straightforward. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

So far, so good - testing phase
After loosing ALL faith in careline365 (check my reviews there!) we have ordered one of these with added fall detection. Super-fast responses to my email questions, lovely simple account set up online i did for my dad in 5mins. Easy to add/remove contacts yourself and re-order their priority. Watch arrived quickly, 1st test spot on, i made it fall alert by jumping hard, it was easy to reset/cancel, and i will be wearing it until battery runs out and testing it FULLY!
THEN I will trust it...

I have tested this RIGOROUSLY! Sorry YourStride people! Of 10 tests, average time for pick up from the time button pressed was 30seconds.

Sometimes they picked up before it even rang! Only once did it take 60seconds. I hung up, and my dad was called back to ensure he was OK.

Brilliant function you can select to email you if no steps are recorded when they usually are....

It notifies people that are added as contacts so they are aware of YourStride number.

I got an email notification this morning stating no steps taken, I asked dad and he said he had only just put it on!

Battery lasted 6 days with me wearing it and fiddling with it often. Very simple to charge, its magnetic, so literally impossible to put on the wrong way

I purchased a wrist alarm for Mum, but sadly Mum passed away before we had even unwrapped the alarm.
I spoke to Edward at YourStride who agreed I return the watch for a full refund. A kind gesture but what really impressed was the outstanding empathy and kindness he showed even adding a personal sympathy message when he emailed the return address.

I feel safe when I am in the field knowing that I am in contact, as it were. It has given me a renewed sense of freedom and peace of mind.

The watch arrived within 3 days with an instruction leaflet which was easy to understand and apply. The watch was amazingly light and compact with a very sensible strap. The display is extremely clear and surprisingly so is the voice communication with the safety monitoring. This is an outstanding example of modern electronic technology.

Have not had a ‘call out’ but have been extremely pleased how they quickly dealt with queries.

Delighted with my purchase of the Your Stride monitor. Have been using it for a few weeks now. It has given me (and my family) the peace of mind and confidence to be more active, especially to go out on my own. The additional Falls Detect can be a little too sensitive at times but overall the monitor has given me a level of independence back that I was in danger of losing. The watch is larger than my fitness monitor but lightweight. Needs charging regularly but quick and easy to do. Great ongoing communication from Customer Team and Call Centre. All very helpful and pleasant. Would highly recommend.

It gives me peace of mind I lost my husband Christmas Eve then had a bad fall layed on floor for over three hours as I could not get up

Get notified if I have jolted my arm and it goes off. At least it's very responsive. Enables me to feel safer.

Lovely watch and records my steps too. But need to upgrade battery life. Having to recharge battery every 1 1/2 days is annoying. Feel safer with it on.
