Fast delivery, easy to get my family connected to my watch. Only moan i have is the strap, difficult to close strap, but i'v now got 1 of your magnetic straps which is so so much easier. I feel much more comfortable & safe having it on all the time.

Total nightmare, no help at all regarding the digital switchover, I’ve phoned at least twice and once someone else phoned me back, so far all I’ve been told is that I need to buy a booster for my mobile phone!
BT say its up to you to provide an alarm that works on a digital landline, I dont need this hassle as I’ve got Stage 4 cancer and having aggressive chemo. Ive now tried chat with no success

Simple easy to use device that only contacts family members instead of a monitoring service. Setup was easy, Todd was very helpful.

The watch came the following day.

Great place to get the alert for sick family member

We chose SureSafe after extensive research, including a recommendation from a friend. We took account of lots of positive reviews, and we were not disappointed. Every stage was informative, easy to understand, easy to process and easy to implement. The functionality of the chosen Pendant is just what we wanted. The webpage and the App both easy to operate and to set up. We had one clarification question which was very promptly answered by email, thanks!

The equipment arrived promptly and well packaged! I've yet to hear from my Sister in Kent as to wether it has been set up ok for our Mother (I'm based in Hampshire) but very impressed with the service so far, thank you!
