This is my second bookcase. They’re both quite easy to assemble, and as useful as advertised. One small complaint: on the second bookcase, the top shelf holes were drilled in the wrong places. Still, the assembly is incredibly strong, and even with four missing screws, I’m not too worried about failure. Highly recommended.

Easy to put together, holds lots of books, helpful for those with lots of books and not a lot if space.

I bought the Meridian 6-tier rotating organizers. I had the wall mounted book shelves and they made my den so dark looking. These rotating organizers just opened up the room and made it brighter. Love them.

Engaging with my attorney due to this scam. Ordered 2 shelves in August, never arrived till September end, though Fedex showed delivered. After weeks of back and forth, they offered 60% discount. Asked to file a claim and Fedex denied the claim. Later, with my effort and honesty, I located the packages after chasing the drivers and Fedex. I reported to Yowos as they promised a 40% remaining refund due to this hassle. I opened the packages and found most parts missing. But, they tortured me to send photos, and even when I sent them plus videos, they did not agree to refund or pick up the returns. As an elderly woman, I told them I cannot carry and ship the returns. Also, it was a gift and the timing was missed badly. They had no courtesy and did not refund the remaining yet. I contacted my bank, consumer agencies regarding their scam.

The square shelves are great for books, much better than theround one I had before. Assembly was simple, and I like that it's lightweight and rotates easily.

I ordered a walnut 47.2” desk from Yowos for $79, which was advertised as in stock with a limited quantity. Shortly after purchasing, the company emailed me saying the desk was “sold out” and “discontinued,” and that I could only get it if I paid a much higher price.

They also told me I’d need to pay for express shipping and the price difference for what they called a “new version” of the desk, even though the situation was entirely caused by their own mistake, not mine.

When I checked their website again, the same desk was still listed and available to add to cart just now priced at $299 instead of $79.

Even though I was refunded, the situation felt deceptive as if they used a low price to attract orders and then canceled them to resell the product at a higher price. This experience has made me lose trust in the company, and I would advise others to be very cautious before ordering.

After my original review, Yowos reached out about a month later. They had already refunded my order, but offered to send me a black desk as a goodwill gesture since the walnut one I ordered was “no longer available”. I appreciate that they eventually followed up, and the replacement arrived safely. I’m glad they made an effort to fix it, but I hope they’re clearer with customers going forward.

The bookshelf arrived quickly, but putting it together was a bit of a project - there were a lot of parts and it took more time than I anticipated.

The quality of the product is very poor. the particle board veneer was worn down due to transit and there was noticeable wear and scuffs along the edges and a few corners were even chipped. Additionally, many of the somewhat pre-drilled holes for the drawer rails were not spaced properly, so I had to screw in the screws at an angle. That works and the drawers are able to slide without issue, however, the angled screws indicate poor manufacturing.

Beyond that, I wish they indicated the space between the shelves and the depth of the drawer in the product pictures. The images are poor representations of the actual size. The shelves and drawers are smaller than expected. You can't fit a standard hardcover book on a shelf unless you lay it down or place it on the top shelf. The space between each shelf is barely 8 inches. And the drawers are a lot shallower than you'd think. Each drawer is about 6 inches deep (top to bottom).

On top of it all, when I expressed my frustration and disappointment to customer service, I expected better service to address my concerns and dissatisfaction.

Because I used to be a customer of "leafhold". In September 2023, I received a bookshelf and shoe rack, but they did not deliver them. I asked them for the goods, but "'leafhold" told me that they would charge 200-300 US dollars for express delivery. I returned the goods and appealed to PayPal, but they never refunded me. Therefore, I had to use the law. I upgraded the claim procedure and finally got a full refund. I even spent a lot of money to advertise on malwaretips.com: "Leafholdstore.com Scam Alert: Don’t Become the Next Victim" to tell every customer to avoid being deceived and not to become the next victim.

Currently, the products of yowos.com are exactly the same as those of "ximn" and "zwob". The ximn website has stopped selling. Now the new website yowos.com has begun to publish false products and advertisements to induce consumers to be deceived.

My new side table fits perfectly next to the sofa. Shipping was a bit rough, the box was damaged, leaving a few small scratches on the table, but it's not too noticeable.

Stay far away. Book case is cheap cardboard like "wood". Complete piece of trash. Thank you, Yowos, for charging me 200 dollars for a pile of wooden trash. Find a better solution.

This book rack was super easy to put together, and it holds many books! it's not bulky or ugly, and it goes with pretty much my home decor. It holds all of my paperbacks, and it seems really sturdy. I'm happy with it!

This tabletop bookshelf is fantastic. It was relatively easy to assemble and looks very classy. It's sturdy and holds a good number of books.

I found the perfect little side table in this piece. The combination of glass and rattan gives it a trendy look, and its compact size fits perfectly in a small space.

I bought this shelving to store and display my 6-year-old's Lego creations. It was super easy to assemble and fits perfectly in the corner. I love how it looks. It's a great display rack, very sturdy.
