Yorkshire Tile Company Opiniones

Sadly I agree with the previous comments around customer service. Bought two sample tiles on-line, and received one broken tile. No apology and told I would have to pay for an additional sample tile if I wanted two full tiles as apparently broken tiles are standard (even though it doesn’t state this on-line). I’m not normally one to write a review but the communication style from Emily was really quiet rude - could do with some lessons in basic customer service!

I had two small projects, a cooker black splash and large fire hearth. I had an idea of what I wanted and contacted YTC. Matthew was brilliant from start to finish with advise and the finished areas look great. Plan on a full bathroom refit next and have no hesitation in using YTC again. The quality of the tiles and staff knowledge is second to none.

As a homeowner with a keen eye for quality and aesthetics, I recently had the pleasure of engaging with Yorkshire Tile Company for a wet room renovation project, and I must commend them for their exceptional professionalism and extensive selection of tiles.

From the moment we stepped into their showroom, I was greeted by knowledgeable and courteous staff who guided me through their vast array of tile options. Their expertise in understanding my project requirements and offering tailored recommendations was truly commendable. Whether we was seeking classic elegance or contemporary flair, Yorkshire Tile Company had the perfect tile solutions to meet our needs.

Moreover, their commitment to professionalism was evident throughout the entire process.
Thank you

I needed to order some extra tiles to complete a job. Tiles arrived really quickly, well packed and perfect!

Highly recommend !!!! Been using Rich & the Lads for years....
Very reliable can't fault them x

Good choice of tiles at reasonable prices, Richard and James always helpful and most tiles are kept in stock which always helps. Warehouse staff always deliver when needed.

Emily at YTC Sheffield provided a super friendly, welcoming service. She walked us through everything from tiles to fixtures and fittings. They also recommended an exceptional bathroom fitter. In summary we now have our dream bathroom and would highly recommend to anyone looking for top quality and service.

Fantastic customer service, VERY helpful & friendly team. Nothing is too much trouble.
Excellent selection of wall and floor tiles.
Everything i needed under one roof.

Quality tiles, quality materials, no pushy sales techniques.
First choice in the Yorkshire area for us as professional tilers, and we recommend all our customers pay them a visit.
Keep it up chaps 👏

We used Yorkshire Tiles Sheffield store for our house renovation in 2018, and were so impressed we are using them again for our new house this year. The tile selection is brilliant, the products are all high quality and beautiful. The showroom is fantastic and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend and we wouldn't use anyone else!

As a professional wall / floor tiler, I send dozens of clients to YTC, I have been doing so for over twenty years now. To date all of my clients have been impressed with the staff at YTC and their products

We used Yorkshire Tile Company for both the bathroom and kitchen tiles in our first home in 2015. The showroom is beautiful and great for inspiration, the staff are friendly and helpful. When we bought our second home we returned and bought beautiful hallway floor tiles and kitchen tiles and received lots of compliments. We’ve now just bought our third home and won’t look anywhere else for our tiling needs, YTC’s website and social media was our first stop for bathroom inspiration and the staff in store are so helpful in bringing our vision to life!

I've always used Richard and the team for all materials we use on our sites. They have supplied to me for 10 years the prices are very competitive so I've never had to use anybody else I look forward using Richard for the next 10 years

Happy new year to Richard & the team, big thank you for all your help over the past year from supplying tiles & adhesives to expert advice on bespoke projects I never see the need to go anywhere else.
Great relaxed atmosphere with no pressure selling , keep up the great work

We used ytc back in 2015 for tiles in our bathrooms and downstairs flooring. We were so impressed with the service and quality of tiles that we’re using them again in our new home.
The team have been so helpful in the design process for our bathrooms and we even got to see them using their 3D headsets!
Highly recommend YTC

Excellent place for tiles with stacks of choice to pick from, very informative staff with all the knowledge to get the job done the right way.

Bought our gorgeous hallway tiles from here and had a brilliant experience from start to finish. The staff were very helpful, they made some great suggestions as to which tiles to go choose for the look we wanted but also with making sure we had everything we needed to get the job done, including putting us in-touch with a lovely tiler to carry the work out. Highly recommend, we will be going back for our kitchen tiles.

Richard and the YTC team went above and beyond helping me with a bathroom suite and tiles for bathroom and kitchen floor. Couldnt be more happy with the level of service and the pricing actually was on a par.

Yorkshire Tile co, have some beautiful tiles, but their prices are over the top. I recently went I for bathroom and kitchen tiles. SoMe of the guys behind the counter look down their noses at you as a woman walking in on her own. 1 guy he really helpful but the others need lessons in customer service. When you ask for help it’s seems just too much trouble. I did purchase kitchen tiles. Nice products shame about the service.
