This is the worst online shopping…

This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever encountered. I placed an order in January 2025 and paid $149 until now no shipping details or any updates. I emailed all the email addresses that’s attached to Yzy (contact, help and legal@yeezy) and no one is getting back to me. All I need is either products or refund but they are saying no refund.

Very Bad experience.

I ordered the goods at the beginning of August and paid by credit card. I have not received an order confirmation or the goods.
How can I contact the company? I do not have an email address. Who can help?

PENDING PAYMENT TWICE, No response

UPDATE September 9:
The pending payments have finally been deleted so everything is fine. I still haven’t gotten a reply, but at least I have my Money back.

IF ZERO STARS WERE POSSIBLE THEY WOULD GET THAT! I tried to complete a purchase on their website at the beginning of this month, kept getting an error. That ended in two pending payments…. No Order confirmation. I contacted them on the 9th about this issue and today 20 days later haven’t gotten any reply other than the ones they send to everybody apparently. So now I’m paying TWICE for nothing and they are silent. DON’T ORDER! Never experienced such a bad Customer Service. SCAMMERS!

Kids see ghosts sometimes

Didn't send my items after waiting double the expected shipping time. At 14 weeks of waiting for an order expected to be 6-8 weeks, I asked for a refund...they then ghosted me. Didn't reply to 4 emails asking. Managed to get a chargeback from my bank.

I have tried to contact them about my order made nearly 8 weeks ago and get no reply. I got a refund from bank and YZY seem to have time to dispute this but no time to let me know when I will receive ,if ever , my order ! Terrible business but I shouldn’t be surprised . Do not order from YZY.com

So so so bad …

I ordered a t shirt that came 3 months after ordering. I am currently still waiting for my hoodie and now that the website closed down I can not get an answer from costumer service if I will even get my hoodie… the t shirt was ruined after 2 wash the print was all done … please don’t order here

Fraværende kundeservice - SCAM

Bestilte varer tilbake i februar. Forhåndsbetalte toll og merverdiavgift i fraktkostnader. Ble nektet å hentet pakken fra DHL/posten før jeg betalt toll og merverdiavgift på stedet. De hadde ikke mottatt dette fra YZY og be meg sende kvitteringen tilbake til YZY for å få dette tilbakebetalt. YZY bruker måneder på å svare på hver enkelt mail. De klarer ikke å finne ut av noe som helst. De skriver at de må sjekke nærmere og bare haler ut tiden. Totalt uprofesjonelt. Ikke handle her. Bruk pengene dine et annet sted.

Placed an order for family member back…

Placed an order for family member back in March 2024. After monthly chasing, I am still awaiting delivery.
Emails only get an auto response.

Ordered in Feb

Ordered in Feb. In May, package cleared customs but was never picked up by Royal Mail. I have sent 30 emails to YZY and the staff are an absolute joke, saying gibberish and lies. They will not resend the items, or refund. Extremely annoyed with this diabolical service. Ye should know better. I will never use the site again.

Dont order

Dont order internationally, waited 5 months. Most unreliable customer support. Also had to pay 30€ extra for delivery even though they guarantee all shipping costs included. Ordered to EU

4 months of waiting, recieved trash

Been waiting my package for 4 months.
Some items are just missing (2t-shirts)
Recieved some item that doesn’t even exist, it has shape of box t, colour of (черные псы) and it doesn’t even have any letters/logos on it, just a piece of rag.
All the items that arrived are bad quality (polyester) but that’s ok, what can i expect for 20$ Well, i expected for 20$ an item there will be at least these items, doesn’t matter in which quality, but no, items missing and what arrived is bad quality.

6 month "delivery" - haven't recieved my order yet

1. Ordered 11th of February.

2. Got an update my package was on the way 4th of june

3. Said they tried to deliver but failed because of wrong adress??? 14th of june

4. Today. 25th june - got an email that my package was now delivered ... in Delawere. I live in Denmark, Europe.

This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had.
