Absolutely no response from them whatsoever had to go through PayPal to get my money back AVOID AT ALL COSTS

My order hasn't arrived, there is no phone number to chase it up and they don't reply to tickets. I'm finding it difficult to get a refund from them. Avoid this seller at all cost.

Avoid this company at all costs!! They send out damaged items, & steal your money! Absolute scammers!! They say they have a great customer service but never respond to any emails, their ticket service is a shambles! I’ve reported the website for being scammers and every one else should do the same! Rotten!

Ordered 10 days ago, STILL not here and they can't even blame postal strikes as it hasn't even been dispatched until the other day!!! I've sent multiple emails and opened a ticket for it all to be ignored. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE

Paid for next day delivery on the 5th of October. But I have still not recieved my delivery! Very disappointed as I have no way to contact them via phone or email. This ticket process is ridiculous! I made a ticket to ask why my order has not been delivered yet and still have not heard anything back. If I dnt hear anything back in the next few days then I will make everyone (social media) aware they are scammers so they will not recieve anymore orders!

i orderd items over a week ago. I paid for next day delivery still not recived items. It says on site cannot get refund as all items are disscounted. i thought companuy was based in england not china if i had known this i wouldnt have orderd or wouldnt of paid extra for delivery. the company shouldn't chage or give delivery options that they cant full fill. this isnt good customer service, or the way to run a buissnes. if they were honest with timescale and not charged for delivery they would recive less negitive feed back.

Awful service. Ordered on he 24th of August, paid next day delivery and still haven't received items. There is no way of contacting anyone, no fb reply and the ticket system is pointless.
I won't be ordering again as 40 quid of my cash has been wasted.

If I can give no star I will give them none. Half of the items arrived damaged or defective. And the seller refuse to refund in any circumstance (illegal in UK law). I have tried charge back on bank card and open a dispute on Paypal but it took way too long to process and need to submit lots of proof for an approval. Do not shop in this store. You never get anything as described and never get a refund. totally scam.

hello on the 16th i made another order with you and it still says it is processing?! now i paid extra for p&p £3.49 for next working day delivery today is the 19th can you tell me what is happening with my order thanks!

Where to start. No scruples, dodgy goods, no communication, no customer service. Did not receive anything like I'd ordered and/or received totally unexplained/inappropriate 'substitutions'. It's like the most junior member of staff had been told on their first day to just chuck in the first item they came across with the inference that 'that will do' as the customers cannot complain as we ignore all their emails anyway. Emailed them again, and again, and again. Not one reply. Not just one email contact address for this company - there is positively a whole directory of email contact addresses listed from which you get zero, nada, zilch reply. Then they have the outright, downright audacity to say they've had bad times (join the club) and please leave a review. So, here it is, at least I have the decency to reply to their email/request on this platform. I am still owed about £10+ for shoddy and wrong goods. Not a lot some may say - I say it is the principle. This company has no principles. I would not ever visit/browse this website company let alone even contemplate buying (read get robbed) anything from them ever again. Avoid at all costs - your costs. One star is a 100% too much, way too much.

I placed an order in January which arrived on time but with a broken item and several missing ( not just out of stock) I raised a ticket as per the website and I’m still waiting for this to be resolved. There is also no way of contacting any one via the website (on a mobile)

They send low quality similar to photo items. Took nearly 2weeks to send order out and are now ignoring my returns request. This has been a very bad experience. Do not shop here!

No way of contacting them and the ticket system is daft . You have to chose every item and write a reason e.g where is my order

No email explaining why ..appreciate increased demand etc but please improve your customer service and...by the way.where is my order .
