I have used the. A few times and always been surprised by the quality and efficiency of their services!

I'm really happy I happened to stumble on this site. It's a treasure trove of nick-nacks that stocked up my daughters craft box and my craft show table. (small black boards and pens, stationary and bath bomb moulds).
I've received all orders quickly and safely. Everything was packaged well.
The only gripe I have is that rather than a refund for a few items that were not in stock, I received store credit. That wasn't too bad since I had every intention of shopping here again but it would be better customer service to refund immediately.

As most of the customers of this sham of a company have stated, they took my money and then NOTHING! I was relying on items for my wedding, had to get replacements at double the cost. Requested a refund in January a my items did not arrive despite paying for next day shipping and still yet to have any communication or refund... it's now April. Appalling company and purposely make it difficult to contact them! They must be making a fortune like this!!! They should be investigated!!! All I want is my money back. No one is financially secure right now and you are STEALING money from people who cannot spare it.

ordered xmas presents for the grandkids 14/12/20, assured by the 2 day uk post. Weeks and weeks go by, still states processing. sent emails, ignored, filled in all their ticket requests asking for the products, instead they cancelled the order but did not offer a refund, going through PayPal to recover my payment, if it looks to good to be true, it probably is. My advice, avoid at all costs.

I too thought it was a scam at first however i did eventually receive my order WEEKS LATER despite paying for speedy delivery.

They would be a brilliant source if they delivered on time and had a good customer service ethic.

I contacted them on their mobile number and emailed them but no answer which is really bad.

I really would like to order from them again in bulk as their products were really good but that turn around time and lack of communication was extremely inconvenient.

submitted an order of £65 and the vast majority was 'skipped'. Placed a request on Nov 25th for refund (where else actually do you have to apply for a refund of purchases they have not provided?) no response and cannot contact anyone to ask for my money back. A disgrace avoid at all cost!

Total scam site, luckily I only paid £13 via PayPal so I will get it back eventually. There's no actual people to talk to and your messages/'tickets' are completely ignored. When you check the status of your order it will be stuck on processing for weeks. Please save your time & money as this site is fake & a scam to take people's money without supplying goods. No communication from Zadeel whatsoever.

Scam artists, paid for 2 day delivery and over a week later nothing. Canceled the order through their ticket system and it was egnored for weeks. Can't connect them as they say having no one to directly contact makes it "cheaper" which means that they can get away with not sending orders and keeping your money. I paid through PayPal so got a refund eventually, they even egnored PayPal when they contacted them so it tells you how illegitimate they are. If your going to use them definitely use PayPal as you're going to struggle getting your money back on debit card. Stay away from them.

My item never even got processed, no contact, had to dispute through paypal and finally got a refund. Steer clear, but if you do choose to order always use PayPal!

THANKFULLY PAID WITH PAYPAL & GOT COMPANY DETAILS AS UNDER OTHER COMPANY NAME " HEARTHIJAB" RANG MOBILE BUT KEPT REJECTING AND IGNORED ALL MESSAGES, TEXTS OR RAISED TICKETS THAT THEY ADVISED TO DO BUT COMPLETELY IGNORED UNDER BOTH COMPANIES WEBSITES SO EVENTUALLY HAD TO RAISE CASE WITH PAYPAL & WAIT A MONTH WHILE THEY TRIED TO CONTACT SELLER BUT AS NO REPLIES EITHER EVENTUALLY FULLY REFUNDED ME. NEVER BEEN SO FRUSTRATED BY A COMPANY BEFORE ------- SHOULD BE BANNED FROM EVER TRADING AS A ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE COMPANY. KEEPS YOUR MONEY AND UP TO YOU TO FIND AWAY TO GET A REFUND. DISGRACE
