Not a good experience
Placed order 13/01 with 2 day delivery, order still showing as processing. Had high hopes after seeing article on thesun but obviously not ready for the volume of orders that produced. Only way to contact customer services is through automated system, Dissapointed
Update! - order was received a few days after posting this review, however some items were missold and terrible quality/not as advertised and the return procedure is even worse than getting your order! Started return on the 26th Jan, still pending approval (today is Feb 10th) Such a shame as a cut price uk online store like this could be a money spinner if it actually worked as it should!

Come back in a few months .....
I love these sort of shops for crafts etc & Zadeel are trying .... but are not there yet.
Free shipping advertised everywhere but in reality if you don't put in a larger shop you pay. I paid £2.50 for 2 day shipping & received my order 8 days later, with 2 items missing.
I am sure they will iron out issues, but best to wait a few months for them to get themselves sorted.

Stocking fillers gollore. Did a nice Christmas shop early. Loads of other places put their prices up but zadeel seems pretty damn cheap. Nice and fast. Descriptions could be better but I guess with thousands of items and a new site it's hard to put them. I think for certain things in the title put single stem or something like that. Very good experience and can't wait to see this site get more goodies.

A few improvements needed
Decided to try this out after seeing a couple of friends use it. My order arrived in full and in good time. Some of the products I loved and would order again. However, others I wouldn't. It is not always listed what quantity you are getting and the images can be misleading (couple of things I thought I was ordering a pack of the item but actually was just one!). Very limited item descriptions can make it difficult to judge what size/quantity things are too - a couple of things were much smaller than I thought. Nevertheless, overall I probably would order again but be more wary of items which are not specific as to size/quantity.

Your items were refunded, we first do automatic store credit this is immediate after we ship your order we will try to make this even clearer on the invoice, but you can request refund to your payment method once you get the goods, we've now refunded to your payment method, have a look.
We've decided after seeing your feedback to change the store credit system to give 1.5x in store credit, so if £2 was out of stock, we refund £3 to store credit we will get the developer to do this if its feasible). We want shopping with us to be a joy, so even if something is out of stock, we still want you to feel elated. We also have a ticket system for any issues but we see you didn't make any tickets which we reply to very quickly on the same day unless there is some adverse event.
We will update the product details to put full descriptions for the lint rollers, the heads are approx 7cm and the body total lenght around 15 to 17cm.

Knitting Yarn review
I bought knitting yarn from Zadeel, it was cheap compared to many other sites ..the colours are lovely and the material is very good for the price.
The delivery was cheap and prompt via royal mail.
I definitely will buy more and recommend others to give a try as well!

We are really trying hard now and im so happy and excited. We fixed the sku issue now so the orders come in smooth and if any out of stock. It refunds smoothly no problems now. We are getting the orders out same day super fast! Its great!
We are hoping some customers can give us more feedback so we can find where else we can improve. We dont want to be a fly by night company. We want to be here for good with amazing service...we want to be the amazon of the discount world.

Affordable items with great shipping times
Really nice to have such a cheap website that isn’t from China with super long waiting times!! As that was always the downside of cheaper stuff
I initially bought a small amount of stuff bc it was so cheap but then when it arrived and was good condition I ordered more lol 😂

Small update: We have now made changes to our skus so our store credit system is faster and more efficient.
Next in line is our auto rma section try to make it more visible so if there is a problem we can deal with it on the system and have great service.
Value for money nice range
My experience has been positive and the goods I ordered are good value for money . like their range, bit like a bazaar a bit of everything.
