Founded in all the way back in 1981 on the small Cycladic island of Naxos, we're a small company where our regular customers know us by name. Today we've got two offices in Naxos town and if you ever want to pop in to say hi or have any questions, we look forward to your visit. A couple of years ago we started selling tickets online. But we'll never be a faceless name on the web. We'll continue delivering the personal first class service that we always have - since 1981.

No major complications traveling but a…
No major complications traveling but a couple of problems:
1. The QR code did not appear in the electronic ticket on our phones så on the one way we had to check a number and on the return we had to go to the ticket office to take paper ticket
2. there was a delay on departure and the trip lasted longer on the return
Otherwise everything fine. Clean toilets in the ships!

Fast and easy!

Lots of options, difficult to change reservations
Sure was easy to use to make a reservation, but I accidentally made a reservation from the wrong island and I can’t figure out how to cancel the reservation on the website

SCAM
Prior to acquiring the tickets we asked many times if there was a direct way to go from kefalonia to Zakinthos (print screen copied below).
All the times the answer from your services were that there were no ferries going straight and that we had to take the first ferry from kefalonia to killini and then to Zakinthos. I found out that actually there was a ferry leaving pesada port straight to Zakinthos. We kept calling, requesting the cancellation of our tickets for both ferries which amounted to 161.40€.
We are deceived and we found out that a direct option exists and you just opted for not telling us.
Due to this situation, we paid extra 65EUR and took a direct ferry to Zakinthos.
We will report a claim in all available means. This is not the way to do business. A Scam just to selling tickets, thanks for not helping us
UPDATE: We contacted Levante personally (zante ) and they gave us a 50% refund, it wasn't you so don't write lies that you wasted time helping us, you should assume your communication error and not justify that you earn little on the online tickets that you advertise.

Thank you for your review. We can assure you that we in no way scammed you or tried to scam you. We're very sorry we didn't meet your expectations and we would of course like to offer our sincere and full apologies - we wanted to help you but we clearly failed in this instance. We're sorry.
To be clear, we only make a small commission on individual ticket sales - which in this case would have been a few euros. Nothing more. It simply doesn't make logical sense that we could be running a "scam" or would try to force a sale for a few euros.
We tried our very best to help you, as we do all our customers, but in this case we weren't aware of a small local ferry service offering a direct route that doesn't offer online sales (on our site or others). The ferry company you booked with: Levante Ferries were also not aware of the existence of this small local ferry service when we contacted them on your behalf. We're sorry we didn't have this information to provide you. We try to be aware of all routes (even small local ones ) but here we simply didn't know.
Regarding the refund, you asked for a refund only after your travel date and normally it is not possible to get a refund in these circumstances. We're very glad that Levante agreed to make an exception here to give back 50% - we sent this refund to your account on their instruction.
We hope you can understand and might consider using our services in the future. Once again we're truly very sorry and it was never our intention to trick or scam you in any way.

However, we have asked you to write a review of your booking experience with Zasferries.com and not your ferry company. The poor communication and rude staff you mention in your title were not from Zasferries.com.
We would kindly ask you to edit your review to reflect your booking experience online with Zasferries.com and not your travel experience for which we have no control and are not responsible.
It is the ferry company's responsibility to tell you if your ferry is cancelled. The phone call you got was from them. Any rudeness you experienced was from the ferry company.
