The Zas Ferries booking experience was not bad. Could be better designed for mobile. The ferry was late leaving both both going to and returning from the destination. Zas Ferries have pointed out that they don't control the Ferry service. My response is that if I book a ferry at 3.45 i expect it to leave at 3.45, not 4.45.. which is what happened.

Brilliant service, when we wanted to change the date of our tickets, we did it online and it was changed with no hassle and very quickly. Journey was great too very efficient!

The ship routes were easy to find and so was the process of booking the tickets.

I didn't received the board pass after check in , I was forced to pay an extra fee for getting the printed tickets

The assigned seats were not close. To be honest, it was not that so clear when I pourchased it and also when I did the web check-in.

The AC was above my seat (A class), that's why I traveled standing!!

Έκανα αγορά ακτοπλοϊκών εισιτηρίων για το " εξπρές σκοπελιτης " των μικρών Κυκλάδων. Η συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία δεν προσφέρει δυνατότητα ηλεκτρονικού εισιτηρίου οπότε επέλεξα την zas ferries για τα εισιτήρια. Φτάνοντας στο νησί της Νάξου πέρασα από το γραφείο τους και μου εκτύπωσαν τα εισιτήρια μου γρήγορα και απλά. Επίσης η αγορά από την ιστοσελίδα τους ήταν αξιόπιστη και η διαδικασία απλή.

I have booked a ferry from skiathos to skopelos but haven’t received any email confirmation and have sent emails to help desk but haven’t received any replies.But the price and booking process was very good,just need some clarification where to pick up tickets.

very efficient service when emailing queries

So far so good. Had a problem with my booking with another operator having paid in advance only to be cancelled. Would have liked a bit more information about the point of departure from Rhodes - the Google map kept cutting out on the Zas website.
