Bedankt voor je feedback. Het spijt ons zeer dat je bestelling vertraging heeft opgelopen. Dit is uiteraard niet de ervaring die we onze klanten willen bieden en daarom bieden we je graag een passende oplossing aan.

Onze oprechte excuses voor het ongemak. We doen altijd ons uiterste best om bestellingen zo snel mogelijk bij onze klanten te bezorgen. Helaas kunnen er tijdens het transport soms vertragingen ontstaan door omstandigheden waar wij niet altijd invloed op hebben.

Naar aanleiding van je review zullen we opnieuw per e-mail contact met je opnemen om je een passende compensatie voor de vertraging aan te bieden.

Alternatively, you are welcome to email us directly with your order details and mention that you are contacting us regarding your Trustpilot review.

Bedankt dat je de tijd hebt genomen om je feedback met ons te delen. We vinden het erg vervelend om te horen dat je ervaring met Zenido niet aan je verwachtingen heeft voldaan.

Het spijt ons te horen dat het ontvangen product volgens jou niet overeenkomt met de foto's op onze website. We begrijpen goed dat dit teleurstellend kan zijn wanneer een product er anders uitziet dan je op basis van de productfoto's had verwacht.

Inmiddels hebben we je situatie bekeken en je per e-mail een uitgebreidere reactie gestuurd waarin we verder ingaan op je klacht. Daarnaast hebben we je een compensatie aangeboden voor het ervaren ongemak. We hopen van harte dat we je hiermee een passende oplossing hebben kunnen bieden.

Hoewel we ernaar streven onze producten zo nauwkeurig mogelijk weer te geven, kunnen er in sommige gevallen kleine verschillen zijn tussen de productfoto's en het daadwerkelijke product. Dit kan onder andere worden beïnvloed door belichting, fotografie en de kleur- en scherminstellingen van het gebruikte apparaat. Meer informatie hierover is terug te vinden in onze algemene voorwaarden.

Note: De klant geeft aan dat de kleur van de binnenkant en de zool van de ontvangen schoenen afwijkt van wat zij op basis van de productfoto’s had verwacht. Er is toegelicht dat het goudkleurige item dat op de productfoto’s zichtbaar is een schoenrekker betreft en geen onderdeel is van het ontwerp of de kleur van de schoenen. Daarnaast is uitgelegd dat kleuren enigszins kunnen afwijken door scherminstellingen, helderheid en lichtomstandigheden. Als gebaar van goodwill is de klant een terugbetaling van 10% aangeboden. We zijn momenteel in afwachting van de reactie van de klant op dit voorstel.

Bedankt dat je de tijd hebt genomen om je feedback met ons te delen. We zijn blij om te horen dat je tevreden bent met de kwaliteit van het ontvangen product.

Tegelijkertijd willen we onze oprechte excuses aanbieden voor de langere levertijd. We begrijpen heel goed dat het vervelend is wanneer je langer op je bestelling moet wachten dan verwacht. Helaas heeft je bestelling tijdens het transport langer vertraging opgelopen dan voorzien.

Inmiddels is de oorzaak van deze vertraging verholpen en hebben we de nodige stappen ondernomen om de kans op soortgelijke vertragingen in de toekomst zoveel mogelijk te beperken. Onze excuses voor het ongemak dat je hierdoor hebt ervaren.

We would also like to clarify our returns policy. Customers are always welcome to return their order within 14 days of receiving it. However, as outlined in our returns policy, we currently do not provide prepaid or free return labels, meaning that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We willen nogmaals onze oprechte excuses aanbieden voor de vertraging van je bestelling. We begrijpen heel goed dat het vervelend is wanneer een bestelling langer onderweg is dan verwacht.
