This was my first order with them. DISAPPOINTED with Zenido. I ordered 2 trouser suits in March for a wedding arrived too late for wedding quality very poor and sizing awful their size chart is difficult to work out. I contacted them to let them know awful suits not worth the money & would need to return them said could be difficult to send back & said to keep them and they would give me 20% refund was not happy with that so came back with 50%. I said I would agree to £75 . I have not heard from them since my last email to them so have not received any refund at all. They are not a fair company to deal with. Zenido UK, is not a company I would recommend.

Zoals we ook al eerder hebben aangegeven, kunnen productfoto's qua kleur afwijken door onder andere belichting en scherminstellingen. Daarnaast kan de beleving van kwaliteit per product verschillen. Wij werken uitsluitend met zorgvuldig geselecteerde leveranciers en nemen feedback zoals die van jou serieus.

Refund update: Finally I posted the parcel which unfortunately cost me more than £10 to China. But as as I shared the tracking details with the seller, they were very fast to issue the refund. I would really appreciate this action in regards to the refund.

I ordered an air cooler on the 29th of June and according to the tracker it is still awaiting pick up by the courier. I contacted them and was advised to just be patient, I don't know how patient I need to be. I asked again a week later with no response, it's an extremely poor service.

I ordered the counter top vinel and I got I color I completely did not order, but mistakes happen I tried to return it with their 14-day return policy. Keep in mind the product was completely unopened and untouched and they won't refund it or take it back. They try to say they could give me like a 15% return and my product was $100. I really feel scammed and using this brand or website is 1000% not worth it. You will probably not get what you tried to buy and they're not going to return it even though they say they will. In fact, someone should sue them for all their false advertising.

As soon as you provide us with the return shipping label or proof of return, we will process your refund immediately.
As an alternative, we also offered you a partial cashback as a gesture of goodwill, allowing you to keep the product. We therefore find it unfortunate that you chose to post a negative review suggesting that a return was not possible.

Bedankt voor je review. Het prijsverschil van €3,95 komt doordat de optie voor verzekerde verzending tijdens het afrekenen ingeschakeld stond. Deze optie is niet verplicht en je kunt de bestelling ook zonder verzekerde verzending plaatsen, waardoor je uitkomt op €24,95 met gratis verzending. We vinden het daarom jammer dat je op basis hiervan hebt besloten een negatieve review te plaatsen.

Oplichting ai bedrijf
Waaier besteld zij staan hoog in google dus werd daarheen gelokt, dom. Had bij bol.com moeten kijken. Dit is een volledig a.i. aangestuurd bedrijf inclusief website pure oplichting drop shipping. Geld terug gevraagd, niet mogelijk eerst ontvangen en retour sturen naar china voor eigen kosten. 200 euro kwijt vrees ik.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM. This is a chinese scam company. They advertise quality products and then send complete rubbish, nothing like the photos on their advertisement and worth a couple of pounds. I bought a robot dog that was supposed to walk and bark etc for over £36 and received something resembling a wolf with no back legs just stumps!!! There wasn't any batteries and I am not buying any as it is definitely never going to walk with 2 front legs, complete rubbish from China

On their website they show you a green dot next to the item and then they write " In stock - ready to be shipped " which of course makes you think, that it will be a short delivery time.
After you have paid, they send you an Email, to tell you, that the deliver time will be 8 to 12 working-days.

Op voorraad in China.
Er in getrapt. Een artikel dat ik snel nodig had was volgens de site op voorraad. Ze ‘vergaten’ er bij te vermelden dat die voorraad in China staat. Lekker dan. Gewoon een dropship bedrijf dus. Eens maar nooit meer.
Een ster erbij omdat het op zich knap is dat het artikel in negen dagen uit China geleverd werd. Goed verpakt en in overeenstemming met het bestelde.

Het spijt ons te horen dat uw ervaring met Zenido niet volledig aan uw verwachtingen heeft voldaan. We begrijpen dat het vervelend is wanneer u een artikel snel nodig heeft en de levertijd anders blijkt te zijn dan u vooraf had verwacht.
Wij willen graag verduidelijken dat onze producten rechtstreeks door onze leveranciers worden verzonden. Het is daarom mogelijk dat een bestelling vanuit China wordt verzonden. De verwerking van een bestelling duurt doorgaans 1 tot 3 werkdagen en de verzending vervolgens 7 tot 12 werkdagen. Deze informatie staat vermeld in ons verzendbeleid.
We zijn blij om te lezen dat uw bestelling uiteindelijk binnen negen dagen is geleverd, goed verpakt was en overeenkwam met hetgeen u had besteld. Daarmee is uw bestelling binnen de door ons aangegeven levertijd bezorgd.
We nemen uw opmerking over de vermelding van de voorraadlocatie serieus. Feedback zoals die van u helpt ons om onze communicatie verder te verbeteren en onze klanten hierover nog duidelijker te informeren.

Scam company. No customer service. Chinese knock offs
I ordered an air conditioning unit on 27th June. Order number #8831. Despite the company being called Zenido uk, and saying they’re based in the Netherlands, the item tracking shows it is coming from china. It has still not arrived. I have repeatedly tried to cancel this for a full refund because tracking shows it still in china, awaiting collection by the carrier.

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days, after which shipping generally takes 7–12 working days. Regarding your cancellation request, our cancellation policy states that orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed and dispatched.
