Mattress was delivered with torn…
Mattress was delivered with torn plastic covering and an area of brown ‘contamination’. Guys would have brought it into my house like that but I insisted they clean it off. I did notice soiled paper towels lying around in the van. Should have rejected delivery as later found one corner of the mattress was wet and anyway it was the wrong mattress.All this is after successive delivery delays. Of course, your contract is with the bed supplier so that may help…..

Very very slow to deliver then cancelled on delivery day and moved by another 3 weeks.. Missing items and driver said they wouldn’t collect old items for recycling even though I’d paid for this service

Apparently they had my item I ordered on the 7th of July and informed me via email they had it by the 8th July , then they advised 25 July for delivery , left a voice mail this morning advising won’t be today, after taking a day off , I called they offered 2nd August but I am away at a wedding , then said the 8th. I have no faith in this company nor the company I have ordered from
Rude, bad attitude, unhelpful
I ordered a new mattress from Dreams and was told it would be delivered by Zenith. Hadn't heard of them but that was ok. Got regular updates about when my item would be delivered, and it was changed once which was still ok. Delivery window was 9-12 so I planned around that. One of the guys from Zenith called me at 1.15 to say they'd be here within half an hour. They showed up at 2 and had the worst attitude I've ever experienced. It was a hot day but the one especially was so rude. They left the very heavy mattress on the landing so this disabled woman had to drag it into my bedroom and put it on the bed, and then get help from a friend to shift the old one. It has put me off from buying from Dreams in the future if they are going to be using Zenith as their courier.

Dreadful service, receiving emails at 7am on a Saturday that the timeslot has been moved by 4 hours due to traffic congestion, makes no sense at all when they don’t start delivering until 9am.
Delivery date has been changed several times, booked time off work and then changed it again.
You make Evri look reliable, absolutely rubbish.

We’ve now been waiting 21 days for delivery, delivery cancelled twice, short notice. Poor company, sleepbeds needs to change delivery companies as it’s letting them down

Terrible service and lack of response
We have bought mattresses from SleepBeds and the delivery service was quite disappointing. We opted for the additional service to have our old mattress removed, for which we paid extra. However, the delivery person was exceptionally rude and refused to remove the existing mattress. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company via phone and email, we have received no response. If you value peace of mind and good customer service, I would not recommend Zenith delivery
Bad service from delivery guys
Hi all,
On 3rd july the bed delivery was very unpleasant. Firstly the order came after 7,excepted delivery time was before 17.00 and than the delivery men brought the beds and were living it without assembling it. When I asked them to assemble the delivery guy started arguing with me. He was arguing and blaming for the traffic and mention that the customer does not pay for the assembly. After lot of arguments with the delivery guy he started assembling the bed very abruptly saying you can place the mattress on the bed. Than he went downstairs and brought the mattress abruptly ruining are walls that were painted recently. When I told him that I am the customer and you can’t be rude to me . He still went on. So I told him that I’ll complain about him. He said he does not care and no action will be taken against him. The other delivery guy was very quiet and professional.
I want the company to take action against such people
It’s not a pleasant experience to your customers and people won’t order if they get such kind of service

Unfortunately you dont find out these charlatans are delivering your bed until you ordered. I ordered from Divan Bed Warehouse who are just as bad due to their customer service, I think Divan bed Warehouse owns zenith delivery.
YOU CANNOT GET A HOLD OF THESE GUYS,
I ordered and they said reply to accept, I REPLIED and accepted despite it being outside their delivery date promise, they replied saying thank you for DECLINING, I was like what?!, they secheduled for me to recieve my order about 3 or 4 weeks, I'd get a better delivery time ordering from CHINA.
Anyways, If these guys are delivering to you, YOURE IN TROUBLE.

I honestly can’t fathom all the bad reviews, probably all old people that don’t understand the modern world.
Take this from a 21 year old,
Zenith deliver network delivered my bed today from SleepBeds (22/05/2024) exactly when they said they would, I got a text at 6AM from the driver letting me know to expect him soon, 2 guys turned up less than an hour later, brought it upstairs and assembled it.
The guys were sound, politely refused a cup of tea/coffee and just got on with it, taking the wrapping and all bits of rubbish with them.
No issues whatsoever.

Gave a really poor review recently of this company, but when my bed was finally delivered, it was the last delivery of the day and arrived at 7.20pm. The two men were very polite, didn’t accept a drink when offered and just got on with assembling my bed and mattress and cleared away all the packing.

Had a great experience with Zenith Delivery Network delivering our Sleep Beds mattress today. Kept us up to date on our delivery with emails, Alice in customer service was really courteous and helpful when I called to check delivery time and Amar who delivered to us was absolutely brilliant and bang on time. Lovely people and excellent service much appreciated, highly recommended, five stars :D !☆☆☆☆☆

Was skeptical! But 2 delivery drivers arrived on time and assembled my bed from sleep beds. They were very courteous and did a great job!

Absolutely disgusting service from Zenith. Order from sleep beds and was given a delivery date. This was suitable so replied to the email as requested and a second delivery date was proposed. I accepted this. Had two emails confirming the new date, although different time but no issue with that.
Get to delivery day and my tracking info says it is now another 3 weeks.
Called Zenith and was on hold 30 mins. Finally got through to someone and was told yes it was changed. When I told the representative that I've had no correspondence of the change she said well its changed. I said its not good enough and I had taken day off and old bed dismantled and asked what us she going to do. She said she would get a manager to call back. It's been 2 hours so far and no call.
Multiple emails and calls were also made on the initial delivery date because my tracking info said it was coming that day.
Have called sleep beds and now cancelled the order. The rep there was nice but I really think they need to change delivery service

Had a bed delivered from sleep beds, the bed is lovely, unfortunately the delivery men were rude, didn’t construct our bed properly. We also paid extra for disposal of our old bed. On arrival the men delivering said they would only take two pieces of the old bed. However they then drove off without asking us if the bed was okay, and took none of the old bed. Sleep beds need to find a new delivery company!!

I was given a delivery time of 11-2 it got to 2pm and after being hold for 15mins I finally got through to someone to tell me the driver will be another 90mins or so. I asked if the driver could call me 30 mins before arrival (which he did call) however he was another hour until the bed arrived at 4.30pm.
The first thing the man said to me was ‘please can you put this in the microwave for me for 1 minute 30 seconds.’ I was so shocked I didn’t know what to say to be honest! I was expecting him to say I am sorry for being so late.
I have read several horrendous reviews about Zenith Delivery Network so I am not surprised with the service I received. I would never buy from Sleep Beds again if they are continuing to use this delivery company as the customer service is appalling!
Thankfully the bed from Sleep Beds is fine.
