No communication about having issues with the delivery. They are really poor and a 4-7 days delivery time has so far become a 15 working days target. Haven’t received my delivery yet!!

Just received my bed and headboard…

Just received my bed and headboard today ,both the delivery guys were excellent, very helpful and pleasant, even after finding out the distance the were travelling 😂 I’m not far from Inverness and there next job was towards Aberdeen and they came up from Birmingham . I would definitely recommend these guys

No Response!

Update*** bed received.

Ordered a bed a week ago and was allocated a delivery date that is not suitable. Customer services email address provided in the confirmation email is not valid and pretty sure the phone line is fake too. No one picks up the phone, have been trying to call for a week now and on hold for about an hour every other day. Public record shows the company name has changed to DREAMLAND MANUFACTURING LTD - I hope I receive a bed!

Would also give a 0 if possible. Unfortunately we ordered beds on the 22/8/24 still not received them . Having tried endlessly to ring either sleep beds who we ordered from and also zenith delivery services , absolutely shocking customer service . They also offered us a 10% discount to be put back into account that has not happened either , getting the feeling it all seems like a scam company ought to be utterly ashamed of themselves treating customers this way when you purchase from them in good faith . Cannot buy from elsewhere as don’t think you would get your money refunded and be out of pocket . Wished I had done my homework before I ever ordered from this company . My daughter and granddaughter are currently having to share a bed until they eventually deliver on there promise as stated on website .

A truly awful company no business…

A truly awful company no business should deal with, and any customer should run a mile from.
Constantly cancelling delivery dates without informing customers, hard to contact and puts every cancellation and "rearranged" delivery time (again without telling customer) down to the obviously made up excuse of "system error".
Edit - finally had delivery, the actual delivery team were great, polite, efficient, and speedy. If only the rest of the company showed this professionalism.

One star as I can't give 0!
They have rescheduled my delivery 3 times the latest with only 1 day notice. When I emailed to say the new date was unsuitable and too short notice they said I'd need to pay £45 to rearrange delivery!
Impossible to get speak to them on the phone. I tried for 2 hours yesterday and had hold music playing the whole time!

The worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. They have postponed the delivery of my matress three times with NO OPTION to speak to anyone.
Appalled by this company and the lack of customer service

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking. Bed rearranged, then day of delivery, they cancelled. No rescheduled delivery despite being told I would receive new date by end of day. Still waiting 2 days later. Can't get through to customer services and I am currently having to sleep on the floor as old bed removed.

Think before....about service

I am sad to write about their service. First I got confirmation that my order would be delivered between 8 to 11. I didn't go to work, waited all morning, no sign of delivery until 12. I tried to phone sleepbed and Zenith delivery helpline, but no answer, just listened music for long time. Finally,in afternoon, I got call from delivery that they are on my door. I told to wait 15 min I'm running home. The guy answered we will leave if u not here in 15 mins. Very rude service. Instead of apology for being late... totally disappointed 😞😞

Firstly sleep beds claim 2-10 days for delivery, first delivery slot was 25 days after purchase, changed delivery 3 times at short notice, offered compensation after the second time but never paid it.
Sleep beds and Zenith are owned by the same guy, still waiting for a refund from sleep beds after a week.

If I could give zero, I would. Sleep beds clearly have no care for their customers and I’ll be cancelling the order. Looking at the other reviews it seems they need to find a new delivery company. Was due this morning at 7am and they cancelled . It was due yesterday, and they cancelled. Horrendous and rude customer services

Constantly changing delivery day and time - at either short or no notice.

Despite speaking to SleepBeds and emailing Zenith bed delivered when specifically told not to - it spent the night outside on our drive. We had requested assistance & needed to pay for help. SleepBeds offered to send “someone round” days after bed required and have ignored our request for compensation since.

Meanwhile I keep receiving emails saying delivery about to be made!

Absolutely poor

Sleep Beds need to change their courier to deliver their beds and mattresses as Zenith thinks it’s ok to change the date at the last minute after it was confirming the delivery slot weeks before the delivery was due. A delivery service needs to understand they are being paid to deliver goods not delay them without a good reason. Just change the delivery date just because they can it is rude and unprofessional of them to do that to paying customers. I cancelled my order and I suggest Sleep Beds change from this delivery courier.

Avoid this company - dreadful experience!

Avoid this company. They repeatedly changed the delivery date at short notice. The bed was needed for a vulnerable elderly patient and this was explained to the company. When they eventually delivered the guys dumped the bed pieces and did not assemble the bed as I’d previously been assured they would. They said they’d had a long journey from Birmingham and were in a hurry as they couldn’t find a parking spot even though we have a double allocated residents parking space they could use. Evasive, unprofessional company with no compassion, leaving the desperately needed bed in pieces which they knew the elderly, disabled housebound patient would be totally unable to assemble on their own. Avoid buying from stores that use this company for delivery.

Worse than bad!!…

Ordered a new bed in the middle of June with a promise of delivery within 10 days. Got delivery 8 weeks later due solely to Zenith who postponed delivery three times with different excuses each time. Sleepbeds had already asked me to rate the goods as they thought they’d already been delivered. Joke of a delivery firm who arrived at 6.30pm on the day they finally delivered, when the time slot was 9.00am- Midday!
This firm must be costing Sleepbeds a fortune in cancelled orders

Awful

Awful. Re-arranged twice. Paid for assembly, did not assemble it. Can’t get hold of anyone for hours. Told he was gone home and they would send instruction manual instead. No refund. No explanation.

So so so bad

So so so bad. Only giving one star because I can’t leave zero. Was told delivery would be within 5 days when ordering, then they moved it to +2 weeks. Now over a month later I still haven’t received it, and they’ve just sent me - out of the blue - a new later date to replace the one they’d previously agreed. This is literally the worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced.

Cowboys. Avoid at all costs.
My bed is on its third changed delivery date. Customer service absolutely appalling. Thankfully my bank is doing a charge back. Avoid this company at all costs. Absolutely awful service.

Paid for removal of old bed !!!

Just had new bed delivered. I had paid for removal of old bed.
Delivery men said there's no room to their van .
I live in a flat . Luckily I have a garage to put it in .
Unbelievable.

I really don”t like complaining about…

I really don”t like complaining about companies but in this instance it is unavoidable. The original order was scheduled for delivery in the middle of June - after 5 reschedules by the company, the base was finally scheduled for yesterday between 10.00-13.00 hrs time slot however at 14.00 hrs there had been no delivery and no communication. I rang the company and was told that it would be delivered by 15.00hrs. That came and went - finally the delivery men arrived at 16.20 hrs. They were rude, and pretty much threw one half of the base in the bedroom which hit the newly fitted wardrobes. I politely asked them to be careful, with no response. The second half came upstairs with a little more care. I asked whether they would help to assemble as I was informed - this was more of a convenience and made me feel very uncomfortable. One of the men started putting the feet on and dropped the bed down with such force I told him to stop and asked him to leave. He did not attempt to take any rubbish.
It has been an upsetting experience.
