Avoid at all costs. Terrible service, still no bed has arrived 6 weeks later from Sleep Beds. Kept getting a delivery date pushed back due to issues at warehouse. Excuses like roadworks, packaging issue. Have now been given my third date for delivery which I could not do. Cancelled and hoping I get a refund which they are citing will take 10-20 days. Scammers !

I paid for a king-sized bed delivery, and what I got was a nightmare:
1. Damaged bed – I didn’t realize the damage until after they left.
2. Refused to move the mattress upstairs – This was part of the service I paid for. Their excuse? They didn’t want to damage my walls or injure themselves. Strange, because I hired another company the next day, and they moved it in 20 minutes without any issues.
3. Missing headboard – The bed company confirmed it was supposed to be delivered. I have no other conclusion but that it was stolen.
4. Lies about other deliveries – They claimed they had five more stops, but the tracking system showed I was their last customer of the day.
This was a complete failure of service. If you’re reading this, save yourself the trouble and go with a company that actually delivers what they promise!

Bed bought from sleep beds and was confirmed two weeks ago was ready for delivery. Give us a delivery date for this Saturday which they then change due to lack of packaging to a date where nobody is in! Verbal apology but no help. 5 weeks to get a bed that says 3-10 working days is atrocious. Avoid at all costs

Delivery has been passed through to this company, no delivery date. Can't get hold of this company, don't answer the phone, emails bounce back.
I'll be reporting both sleep beds and Zenith Delivery Network to trading standards. I suggest you do the same.
Poor service
I was expecting a delivery of a mattress which has taken a long time to be delivered. I received a notification via text that I had missed calls by the driver yet my phone had no missed calls. I rang the driver who said they weren’t going to redeliver. The driver didn’t attempt to ring the buzzer and I suspect found it too much time to try an alternative.
I have emailed zenith who can’t even inform me of a date of redelivery. It’s been over 2 weeks and have not addressed my specific points but just told me it’s usual process for drivers to ring early before the slotted appointment.

Delivery drivers dumped the bed in the hallway. I had opted for a delivery service and the build of the new bed. The delivery drivers stated "they don't do that". My 72 year old father in law and my husband (who recently had a stroke) had to take it up the stairs and build it. Terrible service.

Got told it will be 3 weeks to deliver which is too long to wait, have emailed asking to cancel the order and for a refund 3 times with no response except we are trying to get it delivered.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. The email responses were sent back as spam and I have been waiting for a bed I ordered on 1st Jan. the email addresses keep changing and there is no answer on the phone. The same for sleep beds who I originally placed the order with. Avoid if possible.
They never delivered my order
This is the company I have been told they are going to delivery my new bed. The email they sent to me said 3 to 10 working days. I am still waiting nearly one month now.
Their tracking system is very awful. They changed 3 times. Now I am chasing the Company that I bought from the bed, for my refund. Never ever buying again any order that this company are their delivery partner. What a shameless company.
Dumped the beds and left!
Ordered from Sleep Beds on 3rd January for 3-10 delivery. Finally told beds would be delivered 2nd February. I was okay with that, however, despite an email confirming that beds would be delivered to the room/s of my choice, they just dumped them in the hallway and left. Phoned customer services who told me they would ring the driver and ask them to come back. The driver refused. I had to get someone round to get them upstairs for me.

I would like to make a formal complaint about the service I have received,
At the start of the service I had my delivery cancelled due to road works which delayed my order which was already past the 3 to 10 working days after I ordered the mattress,
The second issue was I then had my delivery rescheduled to Tuesday 28th January between 7am to 10am, it got to 11 o clock and it took me 30 mins to get through to someone on the phone to find out where the driver was, she then informed me that she would contact the driver to find out why there was a delay and how long he was going to be and let me know by email, I still hadn't received an email by 13:30 so I called again and the same lady answered the phone and told me she couldn't get hold of the driver as he wasn't answering the phone but told me she would keep trying, then at 3pm I had to leave the house to pick my daughter up from school I called again to find out if there was an update but no one answered I then got a phone call to say that the driver had problems with his truck and he wouldn't be coming today so I waited in all day since 7am for nothing and even calling to find updates which I think was unacceptable.
My third issue was I was told that I would receive an email within 24 hours to rearrange delivery which wasn't received until after 36 hours and when I got the new date it was for Saturday 1st February between 7am and 10am which wasn't a good time for me as had a family party the night before which we were meant to be staying away for so I called again and spoke to Lynn to see if I could reschedule the delivery for Friday 31st January which I was told was not possible as that date was fully booked then I asked if I could change the time to later in the afternoon even if it was the last delivery slot as was told we were the 1st delivery in the morning and she then came back and said that wasn't possible, I then asked if we could have it delivered on Sunday 2nd February instead and was told no that was fully booked too which I then replied sorry but surely my delivery should be priority as I have had it cancelled twice and I have come up with other solutions which has all been a no, so I cancelled our family party to be home for the delivery and asked for some sort of compensation which I was told I could have 30% off my next order which would be no use to me as after this whole situation will not be ordering from this company again and was then offered 5% off this order which I don't feel is enough after all of this.
My fourth issue is the mattress has arrived and is filthy it has been dragged through mud please see picture attached. This is so unacceptable for a brand new product.
I would like to speak to a manager of the company as I am a very unhappy customer.

Ordered from sleepbeds, and although it was supposed to be 2-10 days delivery, it didn't come until 4 weeks after order, but when delivered, everything was fine and the delivery men were on time and put the beds in the desired place for us.

Scam company in league with sleep beds. They provide false tracking numbers in a bid to trick customers. When you try to track the order it tells you the tracking number is incorrect. Beware. Scam.

Appalling company - Avoid!
No communication. No response to emails or answer phone. Delivery dates changed, without a word from them. Ordered from sleep beds and was told it was with their delivery department on the 7th January.
Tracking said it will be delivered 31st January and it's now saying 7th February. Will it arrive next week? Who knows?

Zero stars absolutely appalling customer service was told delivery for a bed would be 3 to 7 days 17 days later after every excuse they tried to say this would be delivered on the 14th Feb no communication at all quick enough to take your money but implies will take 21 days to refund absolute joke. Still received no refund from this scam of a company AVOID AVOID

Do not use this service. Placed an order on the 7th January with sleep beds, confirmed delivery after multiple chasers over 2 weeks, they never answer the phone and eventually had an reply to my email 14 days later to confirm delivery on the 30th. Made them fully aware the delivery was for an elderly resident and on the day of delivery, 10 mins before they were due to arrive, received an automated email saying the delivery was cancelled and scheduled for the 6th Feb - i mean honestly the service is unbelievably poor. No one answers the phone and have been on hold for over 30 mins on 5 occasions before i gave up. Now Zentih phone lines are unreachable.
Avoid at all costs, you get what you pay for, stick with mainstream providers.
