No communication about having issues with the delivery. They are really poor and a 4-7 days delivery time has so far become a 15 working days target. Haven’t received my delivery yet!!

to avoid the shambles I am experiencing!

Zenith were supposed to deliver my bed bought from Sleepbeds ( see seperate review) today between 7am and 10am even allowing for traffic etc it is now 16.30 and no show.
attemps to contact the company by email and phone are fruitless ( automated responses).

Hi I want to give my honest review about this company I order matress from sleep beds order number SB15122509 on 31/01/2025 I paid 138£ than I recived tracking number ZDN3802678 from them. Now I am with Zenith delivery network when I track my order delivery status was coming on 19/02/2025 . I order this matress for my 12 year old daughter we all were waiting to surprised her but their was no delivery on that day. Than delivery date changed and showing me, it will delivery on 01/04/2025 . Now today their is nothing coming just blank no date no updates about my order.
I want to say everybody just stay away from. Sleep beds and zenith delivery network they all are same company. They just scamming peopels with nothing g to deliverd.

1 star I to much for them this is my own experience I know I lost my hard earn money but at least I can otheir working class peopels stay away from them.
Soooo bad experience and no body answer your call.

Unfortunately have to give 1 star to be able to write revew. I checked on trust pilot before ordering from sleepbeds co.uk. what I didn't realise is they use Zenith Delivery Network to deliver. Unable to get a response from either company to confirm delivery date. I've been scammed along with a lot of other people. I've logged it as a complaint of fraudulent activity with my credit card company. I've kept all my emails, screen shots of the online forms etc. As soon as I said I was reporting them for fraud with the credit card company Zenith blocked me and refused to accept any more emails. That really tells you all you need to know and proves they are scamners.

Extremely poor service

One of the delivery guys refused to assemble my bed because they were running behind schedule, even though I had requested it. When my husband and I tried to assemble it ourselves, we discovered it was faulty. I can't get hold of Sleep Beds, where I purchased it, and I’m still waiting for a reply to my email!

DO NOT USE. phone line doesn’t connect and no one will answer your email or your call. Expect no delivery. You will loose the money you’ve paid. Taking legal action.

Ordered bed from sleep beds 26 01 25 was told delivery on 24 02 25 no show not answering phone or my emails I've raised dispute with credit card provider shop app saying delivered 2 hrs ago on 25 02 25 zeneth tracking showing not even got a date for delivery sleep beds sent email asking for review on 20 02 25 saying my bed should have been received don't touch this company with barge pole also Devan beds same company

I didn't even want to give one star. Ordered a bed which never came. Requested refund and they said it would take up to 20 days!!!! I had to wait on phone for over 2 hrs to even speak to anyone.. emails are not replied to quick enough. I do not believe i will get a refund then look into company and many people have reoprted them as scammers. Website is trickery. Reported do bank. Di not use. EVER.

Avoid. Pretty sure they are a scam at this point. They keep moving the delivery date and when you request a refund they say it will take 20 days….still waiting.

They have asked me to confirm the date of delivery, I have done so and now they have told me "your delivery WILL NOT be getting delivered" and their "customer care" email isnt even a registered email!

1 star is too much for this company

1 star is too much for this company! They are simply awful. I ordered a new bed base at the end of December. I was told that they would deliver my bed on 14.2. Confirmation email was received. The bed didn't arrive. I called them on 15.2 only to be told the delivery date has been pushed back to 26.2. Nobody told me this.No apology from their call centre. I am a cancer patient currently going through treatment. I'm reduced to sleeping on a mattress on the floor. When I have tried to email them, but they just keep bouncing back. Avoid!

Shocking. Will not deliver items when scheduled on numerous time scale.

Shocking, awful company. Placed an order 01/02/25 with sleep beds on a 3-10 delivery option. On day 5 I had received no confirmation of delivery, I called their delivery service Zenith delivery networks who notified me that there was a problem in their warehouse and delivery would not be until Wednesday 19th February between 07-10am.
I booked a day of work to receive this delivery as my father is in hospital and awaited delivery .
I called Zenith at 10am was on hold for 28 minutes to be told again there was a problem in their warehouse and the delivery had been scheduled for 22nd March!!!!
No notification had been received.
They do not answer calls for an extended period of time and fail to show customers any consideration. Appalling . Do not use unreliable. Sleep beds have been apologetic and have agreed to issue a refund.
As for Zenith delivery I strongly urge sleep beds to find an alternative delivery service.

Still waiting for delivery

Still waiting for delivery. Originally bed was due to be delivered week commencing 10th Feb. I emailed to ask if it could come 11th or soon after as we were having carpet fitted on 10th. They promptly replied to say that has been noted. I received a tracking link, however every time I click on it the date has moved back a week. First it said 28 Feb, then 4 March, now it’s saying 12 March to be confirmed. I’ve emailed several times since to see if this can be brought forward as my son is now sleeping on a mattress having discarded his old bed to make way for this new one, but I’m being completely ignored.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. My bed arrived over a month late, and when it was finally delivered, the drivers were rude and caused damage to my walls and wooden floor.

I have reached out multiple times via email and phone to report this issue. Initially, I was told that someone would get back to me, and at one point, a representative assured me that I would be reimbursed for the damage. However, I have yet to receive any reimbursement or even a follow-up response.

This level of service is unacceptable. I expect immediate action regarding my reimbursement and a clear resolution to this matter. Please address this promptly.

Appalling service & uncomfortable experience as a woman

I was expecting a 2 man delivery at 10.30am this morning.
I was telephoned at 7.55am to inform me they would arrive in half an hour, then again as they were pulling up outside.
They took the bed upstairs, had a glass of water, used the lavatory, then left.
When I got to the front door they were back in the van. I explained that I had booked the 2 man assembly service, and was told that this was not the case, and was not showing on their phones.
I repeated that I had definitely booked the assembly, and suggested they phone their office. The response was to drive away.
The bed was also missing headboard bolts, only one was included. All packaging was left on the bedroom floor.
I chose the company (sleep beds) as it offered the zenith assembly service as I am disabled. I have suggested that Zenith remove the moniker "White Glove Delivery Service", as this is a wildly inaccurate description.
If I could leave a zero star review, I would do.

Update 17/02/25
It turns out that the discarded packing had been left by my son who had to assemble the bed for me, and I have emailed sleep beds and zenith to clarify this. I have also informed them that there is a disturbing commonality of experience on Trustpilot re. drivers' attitudes and women feeling uncomfortable. Interesting that zenith's customer services and sales email accounts are suddenly mysteriously unable to receive emails this morning! I have also informed sleep beds that the further three beds I had planned to buy from them will now be bought from a reputable firm instead.
I discussed the experience with my son, and he was not happy that after receiving a glass of water the first man stood right outside the living room door, asking how are you? repeatedly, then stepping forwards to peer in through the living room door, which was slightly ajar. I had to close it as I felt so uncomfortable. When I heard the second man come in, and reopened the living room door I was practically nose to nose with the first man. The second driver ignored me when I said hello, and wanted to use the lavatory straight away. On reflection, I wish I had sent my son to follow them upstairs, as their overall behaviour was so shifty. I do wonder if they would have behaved differently if they realised he was present in another room.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Just spoken to someone on the phone about my delivery date being changed 3 times and apparently my bed hasn't even been made yet.
I was informed by the bed company that my item was handed over to zenith delivery and I've just been told that is infact not the case and my bed is made 3 days before delivery.
I have had 0 updates whatsoever from zenith regarding my order. I absolutely do not recommend this company OR sleep beds as neither seem to have any clue whatsoever what they are doing.
My order is now due to arrive outside of the allowed refund time and if it doesn't arrive on the next proposed date I will be reporting them to my bank for fraud.

Avoid any company that uses them as their delivery company. They are very unreliable, they don't answer their phones or their emails and they change delivery dates suddenly and without notice with no explanation or apology.
