unprofessional service from start to finish the men wore shoes around my home (have white carpet) had to ask to take off , put bed up didn’t fit as sleep beds sent wrong size they were smacking kicking and hitting to try fit in gap to tight broke headboard doing so
Scratched all my newly decorated room paint work.

Ordered a month ago. Delivery date 31st Dec, Cancelled for no real reason. Re Delivery Jan 4th. Mattress arrives, filthy. Like the driver had been sleeping on it for a week. Obviously refused. Will I ever get a decent nights sleep again

Was told bed would be delivered on the 30th December. Then got a txt saying die to an electrical fault my order would not be delivered until 4th Jan. Then got a txt saying I had refused the 4th Jan (I certainly hadn't) Now they just completely ignore emails. This is the worst delivery company I have ever experienced.

Still waiting for the delivery of a bed base ordered on 2nd Dec. Has been scheduled for delivery on 19th Dec, and 3rd Ja, and cancelled both times.
Have taken the issue to the retailer whose lead time at the point of order is 3-10 working days. Now scheduled for 7th Jan. I won’t hold my breath.
Had a frustrating call to Zenith and was patronised with platitudes when I explained that I had guests over Christmas who would now have to sleep on sofas.

I ordered and paid for a headboard. A few days later I received an email telling me that Zenith don't deliver to my area. Disappointing.
What I object to is the 20 working days wait before my money is returned!

Still waiting on delivery for 2 beds order 6th dec…. Website says 10 days . Had date of 30th dec which I rang about but got no where. Today had another email saying 4th jan and can’t get through to them. Not sure if I’ll even get my beds !!

What an awful company, bought a matress, they were rude, snappy, very bad customer service, They refused to deliver in the end as it was further than they had agreed with the bed company by 3 miles!!@@@@

Shockingly bad company
Ordered beds from sleep beds on 12th December for Christmas. Email came through to confirm delivery for 18th December and just simply respond to the email to accept delivery. When replying the messages simply bounced back. I tried several times to call and finally got through only to be told to wait for the next date to be generated. Nothing happened. I then called the bed company who said the next delivery would now be 6th January as Zeneth delivery were simply overwhelmed (greedy if you ask me). Full refund is now on the way and Zeneth have lost the bed company a customer who have also received a bad review

Dreadful. I paid extra for old bed to be taken away. They refused to take it stating there was no room in the van. After much arguing they agreed to take the mattress but not the base and headboard. Was told they would rearrange to come back for it. Attitude was disrespectful. Then they had the cheek to ask me to make them a coffee each. I was told I would be given £15 goodwill gesture but still waiting for it 3 weeks later. Absolutely disgusting company who do not respect or care about their customers. Would never use or recommend to anyone. That one star was only given because there is no option to give no stars.

Delivered 4 double beds in my hall way and then said they were coming and drove off. They were supposed to get the beds up to the rooms and set up.

Maybe my expectations were low, but Zenith actually did a really good job for me.
Tracking whilst not fully finessed was really good - I received a tracking function early on from them which showed the stage the order was at, whether they'd been passed the goods, when the delivery was scheduled for etc. I could then use this throughout the process knowing which drop of the day I was scheduled to be, and which drop they were currently on - information wise, surprisingly good!
Their communication was actually really good too. Early on I received a scheduled delivery date which I needed to approve, and was given a specific delivery window. On the day they were running behind a little and received an apologetic emailing updating the delivery window by an hour, but in reality they were only 10 minutes out of the original window - absolutely no problem whatsoever! Also got a call as they were on their way to me to confirm they'd be with me in 5 minutes.
I didn't ask them to take the delivery upstairs as they'd already confirmed by email they wouldn't be able to put shoe covers on, and I didn't want the carpet ruining, so this is something they could definitely improve on.
All in all I was really surprised at the quality of service given such bad reviews - I must say I was really worried. But they were really good! Not 5 stars, but a solid 4. I ordered from Sleepbeds and I'm a bit more disappointed with them - claiming delivery could be 3 to 10 days but in reality it was 2 and a half weeks. That's Sleepbeds not Zenith. Nevertheless, product quality and price really good, I just wish they hadn't overpromised on the delivery time because that was disappointing and let them down, but again, that's not Zenith, they did exactly what they said they were going to do.

Absolutely shocking "service". Ordered a bed from sleep beds. Agreed delivery for a Monday between 12 and 3. This was cancelled on the day. Offered delivery for the next day between 12 and 3. This was changed without asking between 4 and 7. Waited until 7:30 but had a prearranged evening meal booked. They finally tried to deliver at 8:15.. delivery man was rude when he phoned to ask where we were. Have now been waiting since 10am for it to arrive today. It's now 2pm and still no bed. Call centre inform us that we are next on the list and driver will call when they are 30 minutes away. Whole Saturday wasted. If you are ordering from sleepbeds I would avoid as choice of delivery firm is very poor.

Had a double bed base delivered at 7 15 am no good morning walked in to get old bed disposed of which I paid £50,went into bedroom and old mattress laid on floor not taken. Phoned Monday just gone supposed to be hearing when they are coming back.

Given a 7 till 10 in the morning slot today. Its now past 3 and have had no message or call. Have messaged and emailed but no response. The sleepbeds website says dont get rid of old bed till new one comes. I understand why having seem other delivery or should i say lack of delivery reviews. The delivery company have a nice website claiming white gloves service. Do these belong to the white rabbit who is always late? If i dont hear any information by close of business Monday, i will be contacting my bank for a charge back
