No communication about having issues with the delivery. They are really poor and a 4-7 days delivery time has so far become a 15 working days target. Haven’t received my delivery yet!!

These guys were simply brilliant
These guys were simply brilliant. They were on time, courteous and polite. They took the bed to the requested room. And then without issue assembled the bed for us @ no extra cost (very helpful with my disability). They took all the rubbish, and cleaned their boots thoroughly before traipsing through the house.
5 mins later you would never have known they'd been here at all. Excellent!

I bought 1 x mattress and 1 x bed frame about 3 weeks ago. They emailed me right after I made my purchase with a delivery date. I took the day off and waited. I checked Trustpilot and was in horror reading these reviews!
But They called me within the delivery time to let me know they were on their way. They arrived, took everything upstairs and left.
Absolutely faultless and they deserve the 5* review!
Poor service
First delivery was cancelled because we didn't confirm quickly enough (1hr). Delivery scheduled for 2 weeks later. Confirmation was asked for by text at 2am. It was placed in the specified room, under my direct but left me no room to get out without help. I am 74 not used to moving furniture

I think it’s time you had a word with your workers about their personal care … absolutely stunk my bedroom out of BO, they hadn’t a clue they was collecting a bed they emptied the whole van to find a bed they was delivering … well there wasn’t one to deliver it was a collection! and then when they went I noticed they’ve broken one of the bed legs it was left on my bedroom floor , very poor I would never ever use this company unfortunately the shop I ordered from uses this company for deliveries …. I’d avoid at all costs I will leave a review for the bed company after I get my refund
Shocking service. Borderline fraud
Where do I start. Paid the extra to have my old bed taken when the new one was delivered. The driver (4 hours late) didn't want to assemble the bed, that I also paid for then refused to take the bed claiming he had no room despite taking the exact same size bed out to deliver. Customer service rep agreed with the driver. Discovered that there was a bolt missing to attach the headboard. Rescheduled for collection during the week and replacement bolt. Having taken a days holiday to wait in they did not show claiming they did. No bolt posted as promised. After much arguing got them to agree to come again for collection and send the bolts later that week. Their attitude was we'll do it when we are next in the area. Finally they came, 4 hours late again to collect. During my communications with this company they outright lied to me many times. I will never use this company again or any other company that does.
Zenith delivery
Felt like I need to write this review after seeing all the negative comments. Not loads of communication but enough to let me know what I needed. My delivery arrived on time. Drivers were pleasant and did what I'd asked for. I would definitely recommend.
The worst ever service I’ve ever faced
The worst ever service I’ve ever faced. Spoke to 3 operators and spent 2 hours on the phone. They changed morning slot last minute and afternoon they still haven’t bothered showing up or calling to update. I’ve chased them and my father is disabled and now without a bed I paid for in good faith. This company doesn’t deserve any stars. I will never use them again!!

Shocking.
Waited 3 weeks for delivery- then stayed in waiting and it didn't arrive .
Asked to cancel - was told would only receive 50 % refund .
Now waiting for another delivery date.
Non customer service.
Delivery of bed was on time and that why I gave two stars. However, they would not assemble bed or remove old one, even though we had paid for this service. Three days later following phone calls that are never picked up, email enquiries sent but not answered, the old bed is blocking communal lobby and it is mandatory that this area is kept free of obstacles and we could be fined by our landlord for contravention of the Health and Safety Act of parliament. The service is dreadful and you don't get what you pay for. I shall be requesting a refund of non completion of services paid for and if not forthcoming will contact Resolver.

Defintely the worst delivery firm I have ever had the misfortune of encountering.
2 delivery dates since June they have failed to turn up and today is the 3rd..
Been on the phone for an hour this morning to add to the other 6 hours we have spent...
Shame on Mammoth for using such a poor service so I guess avoid buying from them at all costs as well...

Would give 0 stars if I could. Bed due to be delivered today in an hour and a half. Just received a phonecall saying won’t be coming! I have taken a day off work, when asked why, I was told “we just failed to load 15 deliveries.”
An hour and a half before it was due! Awful customer service- do not bother buying a bed from here!
One star is too much
I have never come across such a terrible company . 1st attempt at delivery ( Wednesday) lost part of the bed and only delivered the mattress. They took my old bed away at this time, the drivers chucked it down the stairs until I had a word. I said to these drivers that they were coming back Saturday with the bed , they laughed and said I don't think so, I said I had an email confirming this, they just shook their heads. No delivery Saturday, I phoned them , they said they tried but I wasn't in , really I have CCTV. Then the story changed that they had called me, no call, no missed call, no message.... I said I was ill and needed the bed but couldn't do one date . Next it was my fault that it couldn't be delivered for 16 days!! I said OK I'll get someone to be in that day... oh funny enough they couldn't do that date either.. they do not pick up the phone, they sometimes reply to emails . Please note that on the delivery confirmation it says SHOULD BE MADE , and that is their get out
Please also note that sleep beds and zenith delivery are the same company, sleepbeds hide behind a terrible service blaming zenith. It's a shame because the beds aren't bad, but the lies and service are terrible
If I could give zero stars I would.
This company are absolutely Useless. Don’t turn up at the booked time/date and don’t even have the decency to let you know. They are the same company as Sleepbeds because the same person answers the phone after you have been left waiting for over an hour. Customer service is appalling. No help at all.Avoid at all costs.
Delivery with attitude
The bed took over a month to be delivered. Not within a few weeks as Sleepbeds advertise, not a white glove service as advertised. Changed delivery twice. The two guys that delivered my bed did not give a damn about your home or the bed. It was literally dumped in my room, walls were scraped, lampshades went flying, it was dropped so hard onto the bedroom floor I thought it was coming through the ceiling. I actually told them to leave it and go, I asked the young guy what’s wrong, he said “I’m tired” even the other delivery guy said he had the attitude all the time. I said he can’t behave like this in peoples homes. Total amateur delivery service. This was my personal experience.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. This company seems to be owned by sleepbeds. They delivered a cancelled bed order and insisted that we have to receive it eventhough we explained that we cancelled this order immediately after we made the purchase weeks before.
Delivery after 2 cancelled appointments.
My review is in relation to the excellent service provided by the two delivery drivers today.They rang when they were 30 mins away and brought the bed base into my bedroom as requested. Very polite happy smiley faces which is unusual these days.

If it was up to me I will not give this company even 1 star. I bought a bed from sleep beds and the delivery was done by this company.
Received a bed delivery and they were supposed to take the old bed away as I paid for the service. I was told they couldn’t take the bed as there was no space in the van and to call customer service to get it picked up another day. Extremely disappointed.
Very unhappy
Very unhappy. Tried to rearrange delivery date. Several Emails ignored, unable to connect via phone (on hold for over an hour both tines I tried). Bed turned up on delivery day that j tried tk change so was not ready for it. On unpacking the bed is marked in several places and one drawer does not even close.
Horrible
Horrible. I have contacted them numerous time to schedule the delivery. No answer, nothing.
The delivery is supposed to happen on a day that I wont be home to receive the products. I wonder how long it would take for the products to arrive again...
