I cannot praise Zenith enough. The level of communication and professionalism has been outstanding. My daughter and I have health issues and immediately after speaking to Thasleem they took me through every single step, keeping in touch and explaining everything. I was stuck on completing the application and Thasleem was so patient and guided me through and nothing was too much trouble. The outcome is life changing and will help so much with our health and wellbeing. Without Thasleem’s input this would not have happened or being possible. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. Fantastic customer service and proven results. Well Done. You’ve changed our lives.

Brilliant service. All of the workmen were very helpful and professional.

Zenith began the Air Source Heat Pump system fit on 26 August 2024. The initial teams that fitted all the internal insulation and solar panels did a great job; very tidy and a high quality finish. Then the plumber came... he literally ripped up all the upstairs carpets, with no care whatsoever. I also had 4 water leaks, 3 of which were through the kitchen ceiling, causing considerable water damage. Then the electrician attended, leaving bare wires and poor, substandard work. I then had to wait until October for their joiner to attend, to complete a job that should have taken a total of two weeks..... He still hasn't finished, and I'm awaiting his third visit (booked for December, unbelievably).

Following the 'completion' of the main works, their company inspector attended on 10th September and verbally agreed that the company should make good the damage done, and to complete various other remedial works (not sure what was submitted in his report, as i've not had a copy). To date these haven't been done, and theres no indication that they even will. The communication and customer care from the company is neither consistent or of a high standard, and I'm still awaiting a call from a manager, from two weeks ago. I have found the whole process very upsetting and traumatic, to say the least. Although I am pleased with the system that has been installed, I cannot recommend using this company, based on my experience to date.

I am not fully through the process yet but so far Thasleem has been assisting me with the application process, talking me through what I need and how everything will work. So far everything has gone great. Will update my review after the work is hopefully completed

The experience from start to finish was brilliant, from Olivia sorting things out to the instalation engineer fitting the EV charger, he installed just how I wanted even tho it was not the easiest of ways

Zenith installed the HIVE EV charger I ordered. Communication from Olivia was good and she was helpful. Installation carried out by the engineer within 3 hours. He left giving me all the info I needed. Overall very happy.

Zenith installed my British Gas EV charger, great service from Olivia making all the arrangements and dealing with the hopeless British Gas. Installation engineer was polite and efficient, no fuss just got on with it and did a great job and made a short video for me as I couldn't be at home.

Excellent customer service - kept me informed every step of the way and when I encountered an issue with the condition of the electric charging point, they apologised and sent the engineer straight back after a few days to replace the part.

Good job well done . Arrived on time . Took about 4 hrs.

Had Zenith Eco Solutions come to install a new EV charger for myself on 05/03/24. The installer was very professional and finished the installation in the timescale he provided. Communication from Zenith was swift and informative through Olivia, who was able to answer all of my questions in great detail. I would definitely recommend using Zenith Eco Solutions to anyone in the future.
