Had booked an EV charger installation through hive with Zenith. Communication was brilliant throughout from survey to installation. Great communication from the start from Jordan who even managed to get the installation pulled forward by 2 days. Installation wise not the simplest as meters on opposite side of house to drive so door etc to navigate but Josh took it all in his stride, kept making sure we were happy with how the installation was progressing culminating in a really professional installation with minimum cable visible to the front of the property.
All in all, can’t recommend enough… great service so far from all.

Zenith recently came to install my EV charger. I had had some challenges in the lead up to this with BG and the DNO regarding the power supply and so was apprehensive about the install

The 2 installers were superb, and worked quickly and I only had 20 mins of power cut.

I also wanted to share that the back office support (Jordan) was faultless. Always available to speak on the phone, discuss my concerns and help to resolve. Even taking calls/messages after 6pm. I was really impressed with the personal effort

Zenith solutions excellent company they made sure that when l applied to have work done they made sure it was done very quick the men comming into my property Ryan and Jack excellent workers nothing to big for them to do they made sure my needs were met and did with no trouble at all very nice and stafe to have In your home they were very clean and helpful , nice guys l8vely to talk to , my loft insulation was done very quickly and the office stayed in touch , having to work full time they were very understanding so would not hesitate to have work done by them again so a big thankyou to all the staff a zenith office and workers again thankyou so much joy Gorman

Zenith were subcontracted by British Gas to install my Alfen car charger. The engineer was brilliant. He worked quickly and efficiently checking the position etc with me.
He was on time and was very friendly. Very happy with the end result. In particular how the cable from the meter box to the surge protector was hidden.

Competent efficient friendly. I was we are very happy with 5he out vom thank you

The team at Zenith had a tricky install here, yet even with the problems regarding access etc, they resolved these issues as efficiently and professionally as possible.
Chloe was a pleasure to deal with, and even when things were complicated with the project, she was a very reassuring voice on the end of the phone.
The workmen who came and fitted the solar panels went above and beyond their roles, and they were both sound lads. The plumbers really made the process as stress free as possible, and were a joy. And the electricians were brilliant, and explained in a way that we could understand just what was going on behind all the tech. Those guys were super.
All in all, a great team, who would be an asset to any company. Thank you Zenith Eco Solutions.

Would like to thank everyone at Zenith eco solutions from the get go the surveyor Mark and to all the people in the office I spoke with. They went above and beyond from explaining what I qualified for to working around my work days. Honestly cannot thank them all enough. Thank you Zenith !!

Avoid this company at all costs!
Don’t turn up, left a massive chunk out my ceiling.
Used my sons computer desk to work on and broke it.
Ruined my carpets.
Broke my hoover.
Threw my blinds on the floor and ruined them.
Left us without hot water with 2 children for 7 days.
Left food rubbish in my home.
Ruined my sofa.
This is all 3 weeks ago and they still haven’t completed the work, constant excuses!

great service, installed quickly. very surprised at how fast it all came together. easy to get hold of zenith with any issues or snags, all the people i dealt with at zenith were very polite , friendly and professional

What a fantastic scheme and team. Very professional. Very hardworking and very fast. The team were respectful of home and time and the work quality is unquestionably high standard.

We are very pleased with Zenith Eco. The guys that come to fit air sources heat system and our solar panels were very good nice kind lads. And when rang them with any question about anything they were very helpful. Just want to say thank you for doing a really good job.

I have recently had Zenith Eco Solutions
replace my old boiler.It was not an easy job as my old boiler was a 4 point feed
compared to the 2 point feed on my new boiler.Also the position wbere the new boiler was to be sited had to be changed.

The new boiler also required much more complicated wiring which was quite an indepth job.

The team of 2 engineers and 1electrician used a great deal of skill and ingenuity
and it was a big job but the result was well worth it.

Little gem of a company. First to reply to me through Trusted trader and they came out 2 days later. Fitted my new boiler in about 4 hours including replacing most of the poor quality pipework around it. Two very nice and polite young men.

I was looking for boiler installation from long.i been to many sides for search contected by zenith eco solutions did chat on phone and what's up.made a deal paid 1/4 part than 2 day after man came nice hard working man did excellent job work like without rest very skillful and very polite and honest you can tell with talking to him.god bless him, he explained me all necessary things.. company ask me to pay after job done but did it before he finished the job.. because I impressed by professionalism and communication by company ..realy thanks really happy.😀

We recently had a new boiler fitted and our experience with Zenith Eco Solutions was excellent from start to finish. In particular the attitude of the staff shines through, they were courteous, polite and extremely professional in every aspect of their work.

I want to start by saying that I have had a brilliant experience with zenith eco. All the people I have had come do work and even on the phone have answered all my queries and worrys and put my anxiety at ease and even the work men talking me though what they were doing. I can't thank you enough you should be so proud of the team you have . I would really recommend these 10/10 from me

I had boiler and underfloor insulation provided on the government scheme and can honestly say I have never dealt with a better company. From survey to a brand new boiler in one week.
Highly recommended.

They came and replaced a perfectly good air brick with a plastic one at the front of my house. They destroyed the image of the property with the terrible quality of workmanship. It must be said that the work was carried out without my permission or agreement. They deserve a ZERO
