Excellent experience, very satisfied
Got my order (a Maxi bladeless fan) on time and in good condition. Customer service was also great and fast. The item was pricy compared to other stores I checked but peace of mind is underrated so I was happy to pay and I’m very satisfied.

I was looking for a specific product and Zit.ng offered that. And to crown it all, the staff were always willing and ready to receive and resolve questions/issues raised.
It would be appreciated if the company can give in specific terms, what it means by "express shipping".. so that people can plan receipt and probably installation within the time frame rather than not knowing.

After reviewing with our delivery personnel, it seems the dent may have occurred during the move to the third floor via the staircase.
