Good Products, But Delivery Process Needs Improvement
It takes a few extra days for the products to reach me after being handed over to the driver.
Additionally, Zit should improve communication with drivers to ensure reliable and timely deliveries without unnecessary delays.
I recommend that the company improve communication with customers, especially when delivering outside Lagos, to confirm addresses if needed.
That said, the products are in good condition and work perfectly.

Great shopping experience
Great shopping experience. These guys are part of a very few number of technology businesses delivering fast and quality products to your doorstep. I purchased a standing AC from them. I know it still early days but all seems to be working well. I am just really impressed how fast the item was delivered.

Nothing was delivered to me...
Nothing was delivered to me.... I have waited for over 7 days Nothing at all and no message to thus effect.
As a response to your reply, again I was not made away of any unavailability of the product neither did I have any exchange with another as regards my preference, I have a mail stating my order was approved and getting ready to be shipped, I so have WhatsApp chats that weren't really closed out on noone responded further to me. This is my first time and It wasn't an overall good experience.

This is be mu last response to this, becaee it rather evident that you guys are not being honest and that rather disappointing... First I NEVER had any correspondence with anyone on my preference and I dear you to provide evidence to that, as I am still seeing the message I sent to the WhatsApp no +234 912 687 0252 sent on the 14th and responded on the 16th with ".....thank you for your patience" you are adding a link that the status was updated... come on any reasonable person will know this was just done recently, I don't have email correspondence or that from text messages... the only message I have is that my order is about to be shipped till this day. Let's not do this, that'd rather unprofessional, I am passed with the whole thing because what I ordered was urgently needed by the family that wanted it at that time and after waiting for days only to be told to review a product I that wasn't delivered??? How do you tell me review something you just claimed you told me was unavailable??? Make it make sense na. Please let's do better
