I wanted to get a quote for insurance. My address isn't in their new system. Customer service has been completely unhelpful. They're dismissive, as if they don't care. They don't care about the customer. I'm sure they'd handle it the same way if there were a problem. I definitely don't think this is a reliable company.

Ok so I am writing this review based on my experience.
I didn't had time to check terms and conditions for cancellation and refunds, didn't even had time to look for other insurers because I wanted to drive away my car from dealership as my annual insurance wasn't ready. After a day I reached out to customer support for cancelling remaining 6 days and refund the unused days amount but they said they cant refund, so my money is wasted.
So I would request to introduce a refund policy as most other temporary insurers provide this.

Good pricing on a decent level of cover.
Very Monday to Friday for queries.
Helps if you are App friendly, sadly i'm not.

Wasn't happy how you show in large format a price as if that's the actual price but then you add 'fee's and the cost jumped significantly, £100 for 8 days is disgusting

Quick easy and very affordable. I was amazed at the price. I was in a difficult situation when my own vehicle was out of mot and we were going away on the Monday. I only realized it was out of mot on the Sunday night. Straight on the site and all sorted in a couple of minutes.

Tried to temporarily insure my vehicle last week 10/7/25 but couldn't as they didn't recognise the vehicle. I had recently removed private plates so was told this was the reason why and told they update their systems weekly. Tried again today still not finding my vehicle although I've received the new log book from DVLA . Still blaming system update although it was a week since I last tried so if it was updated weekly it would be done by now
