Not worth the risk
If I could give 0 stars I would. Still have no idea when my item will arrive. I have no information on the latest Re-dispatched date. Not worth the risk the rug I purchased for the opening of my shop worth over $600 is still somewhere in the system and my shop opened 2 weeks ago. Have spoken to someone on the phone was told it was sorted out but that was last week and nothing since.

Good value and my order arrived promptly. One of the products wasn't suitable so a refund was organised with a slight communication issue on their part but it was resolved quickly.
I would buy from Zure again.

After ordering from Zure goods are despatched immediately. It’s one of the quickest I’ve experienced of online ordering. I ordered a walk hung vanity and bathroom mirror cabinet - both good quality.

Quick delivery and reasonably priced
I ordered a wall hung vanity (without a counter top) and bathroom mirror cabinet. Zure was extremely quick with its delivery time. Both items were true to delivery times. The vanity is well made for a prefabricated cabinet and reasonably priced at EOY sales.

Product OK, experience poor
To be fair the product is OK, however my experience was poor. Initially advertised for $70 cheaper (the reason I chose) when I went to purchase the site said deal had expired. I ordered and a fortnight later a Startrack driver in NSW rang asking where my street was...the delivery address was QLD! Meanwhile a box from a charity was delivered to me instead so 3 weeks later than expected and two attempts I finally had two very battered boxes but thankfully not damaged units. Now they sit waiting as my tradesman had to move onto other jobs.

We are upset to hear that you had a poor experience with the sale advertisement and delivery issues.
Generally, we do state on our website when sales for our products start and end which we urge people to keep in mind when seeing our sales, though unfortunately it seems that you saw or expected this same sale price after it had already expired.
If you have more details on this to show that this was a technical error or issue from our end that needs fixing I would like to hear more so we can address this, so if you'd like to email us at info@zure.com.au we will investigate this further.
We do also have a support contact team who can help you clarify prices in the future and make sure that doesn't happen again.
As for the delivery, regrettably this was a Startrack issue which we have followed up on numerous occasions to ensure that there are no further issues with delivery addresses.
