Graham the driver was great phoned me 30 minutes before he got here then helped me get my old bike to where was going to be stored and made light work of the deliveries very professional in all aspects of his work and would like to say a very big thank you to him for delivering aswell as picking the hire

Firstly they were quick to arrange a courtesy bike which was good. However the Yamaha main dealer where my bike is to be repaired as it’s new and only requiring fairing replacement etc phoned to say they have heard nothing from 4th Dimension and that’s three weeks ago. So parts not being ordered etc!? Now I phoned to ask and it was 1620hrs he put me on hold then guess what never bothered coming back to me. I then checked and they close at 1630 hrs so he must’ve thought I’m not dealing with that and left me hanging. That for me is terrible customer service.

Alex delivered my bike back today
Alex delivered my bike back today. Very friendly and professional. He had kept me updated about the timescale of the delivery so I knew roughly when to expect him.
Overall highly recommended,the bike has been repaired to a high standard and looks brand new!
