NO Customer support
Items sent within 2 days product is of OK quality, what lets this company down is customer support, I rang them (20p a minute) to ask a technical question about the fitting the product, they could not answer it on the phone and said they would get back to me, 7days later still waiting for the answer, but don't worry guys did the research myself and found the answer, not sure I will be using the company again

bought some sidesteps for a land rover…
bought some sidesteps for a land rover new shape jan 23 , fitted them feb 23 , and the vehicle has covered 7500 miles , mainly stored in a garage , customer spends long periods abroad ,
the step parts of them have corroded so badly all the treatment has come off / they are essentially scrap /cannot be re treated ,
being a garage with 30 years experience and fitted many steps /roll bars these are the worse i've seen for such a short period of time fitted !
even though i suspected they only had a 12 months warranty and
because they were so bad i contacted predator with the pictures , they offered a 20% discount on another set
which i think is poor on a couple of levels - ( poor amount offered and new set i suspect will be same poor quality )
unfortunately i cannot let my customer down like i have been let down by this company ( i trully thought this was a good company )
we have ordered another set from another company
fitted FOC
and kept my customer happy !
unfortunately - poor quality parts / better companies
out there !

these steps have not had any acidic cleaner applied to them , they have however been to a main dealer land rover bodyshop , who confirmed my fears , that the pre treatment of the materials ( steps ) used was not adequate , sadly
and as pointed out by the bodyshop if it was an acidic cleaner that had caused the extensive corrosion how come not 1 other part of the steps have been affected ??
just needed to make people aware it wasn't just my customers or my view , it was also a main land rover bodyshop also

I am very sorry to see that you have faced such an experience with ourselves. We do want to best advise here, our items are supplied with 12 months warranty during this period we are more than happy to help where possible in regards to any issue faced and we will also help with any after care.
The images supplied from yourself showed the side steps have been affected by a very heavy acidic cleaner and in doing so this cleaner over time has damaged the protective covering and also the paint which sadly is not something we are able to cover under our warranty this would be down to user error. All cleaning products we would advise to be used should be PH neutral to protect the item.
As a gesture of good will our team have provided a 20% discount if you did wish to re-purchase from ourselves.
I am very sorry that you have been left feeling un-happy with regards to this.

We bought the 4×4 Predator mats. It's a must buy....
We bought this product because we wanted to preserve the carpet mats in our new car, as we have grandkids in and out of it so you can imagine what kind of mess we could be dealing with. We received them and have not been disappointed at all. The fit was perfect and it is so easy to keep clean so we have no stresses of mess or damage to the original carpet mats. Great product, we will be purchasing the boot protector next.

All our items are designed as bolt on upgrades and we do state on our adverts of our items which models and years our items will fit, we do also advise to have all items to be fitted by certified professionals to ensure correct fitment.
Our customers service team are always on hand to help where possible in regards to any issues you may face. On this occasion we haven't been left any customer information so we cannot see who this review has come from.
If you are facing any issues our team are one email away and will contact you to help with regards to any fitting/ issues you may be facing which is a rare occasion as again our items are designed as bolt on upgrades, no modifications will be required when fitting.

I purchased the 1.6mtr universal roof…
I purchased the 1.6mtr universal roof basket from Predator, it was a good price and would suit my needs, it arrived after a couple of days, this was a good delivery time my only problem was as a large item it would have been good for the item to be tracked so I would be able to take delivery.
The quality of this item was fair, a few scratches on the frame and when I put both ends together it wasn't a great fit, I was missing 2 small screws as the little bag was ripped and the overall box it was packaged in was torn in places.
Fitting the item was OK, not a perfect fit with my Land Rover roof bars but fitted. Overall for the price it was a good buy but I would state not a high quality roof basket.
Only time will tell if this item works well for my trips.

I have bought items from this vendor on more than 1 occasion. The reason is simply because you get a service with no fuss. Items are good and arrived in very reasonable time and the prices are very reasonable. So when I need something I keep going back to them, as simple as that.

When you purchase from this company they say to contact with any queries.
Quality of part was superb but I had a query about an incorrect oil fitting connection on the radiator supplied for my 200TDI - sadly no response to my email. A shame the product is let down by poor/no customer service
