Completely incompetent …
I ordered four items from this company two instantly didn’t fit and had to be sent back and one they sent me out was the wrong brackets I called up and they said they will send new brackets out for the side steps for my truck and then after I install one of them said they can’t get them and have to send back 25% Success rate is appalling

Ordered a bongreat net protector and i am…very please with the outcome
Ordered a bonnet protector and i am very please with with the company and the fast delivery.
Got the item well in time, in fact early than estimated.
Fitting was a bit tricky at best of times.
Would have given a 5* star but just got a bit confused with the PDF instruction as my model was not featured and had to use my own noodles.
in the end got it on and looks great.
Got a pic but cant see it on here at the mo. on my profile pic i think?.

I purchased the lights months ago and had an issue with the remote recently, I contacted the seller and received immediate feedback and new parts in the post directly which I have now received, I can’t thank them enough for the professional support, and will continue to buy from this company for all my defender up grades 👍

Shocking customer service
I ordered roof bars for my vehicle In February of this year. On getting them professionally fitted I found that the end caps were warped and not sit flush.
I immediately got in touch and after sending photos, replacement caps were agreed.
Well that was March!!! In November I am still waiting. I have emailed and called numerous times and been assured some had been ordered or had been delivered and were to be sent out only to not receive them, email back and the process to start again. Some emails have just been ignored as if they just want time to give up and leave them alone. It’s shocking customer service.
One of the caps has now blown off during a drive as expected and I am still waiting.
The reply below is nonsense. I have an email chain of 30 emails back and forth. You can see from other reviews that this is a copy and paste lie of an email.
Oh and still waiting for a reply from my email from today and the one from the start of October,
Again I have sent an email this morning.
And i have received this excuse about systems and email providers from you in the past. It’s nonsense. How many times have you changed them? I sent you an email this morning have you changed providers since then? Please answer my email. I even put my phone number in the email.
Update 7th of November.
Another 2 emails sent to the address provided without reply.

Spent 20 minutes on the phone to them verifying fit of roof rails, location for drilling holes etc. Made it clear I wanted to carry a load on them. Received in the mail the following day 2 pieces of stick on plastic. Thought I'd received the wrong product initially, but a further phone call revealed I'd been sold 2 "aesthetic only" roof rails. The guy on the phone basically just said yes to everything I wanted with no idea, or care for the product he was sending out. Was able to return for a refund, but this months phone bill revealed I'd been charged £20 for the pleasure of being messed around by this company for 2 days. Why would you possibly use a premium rate number for your "customer service"?

Sadly our phone numbers are charged at a premium rate but we do have a dedicated email service and a full team in the customer service department who are happy to help any time within our working hours of 9am-5pm Monday-Friday
Our listings do have a dedicated fitment section which will list the load rate for our products including roof rails

Poor aftersales service
I bought an adhesive bonnet protector for a 2022 Ford Ranger on 11/10/24. When fitting it (with the 3M tape provided) there were gaps between the edge of the bonnet (above the headlights) and the start of the bonnet protector, despite the front of the bonnet protector being flush with the front of the bonnet. It looks odd even though the gap is probably around 10mm and certainly not the same as the photo of the fitted item. I contacted them to see if they'd provided one for the wrong model or to see if it was a faulty batch and on 14/10/24, they [Adam] said "I would advise using a small strip of 3M tape to hold it down". They offered £5 to cover the cost of this. It didn't need holding down - it has so far held down well at road legal max speeds, but there is something not right about the fitment of the item. As per some of the other reviews, the after sales support is poor. I wish I hadn't wasted my money.
