For over one month I was ignored and…
For over one month I was ignored and repeatedly misled by this seller. I was told several times that the wrong item would be collected, but no one ever came and my messages were ignored.
Only after I left negative feedback did the seller suddenly remember me and start responding.
I would strongly advise all potential buyers to be very cautious when purchasing from Predator4x4.
After the case was closed and eBay refunded me (not the seller), I then received a message asking me to remove my feedback in exchange for a future discount. In my opinion, this is just another attempt to mislead.
I am an adult buyer and I do not fall for promises after being lied to for a month.

Don’t waste your money with this company
My advice would be don’t touch this company with a barge pole, I ordered a tailgate support strut for my pickup, within three months it had failed and gone rusty, it was still within warranty but they would only offer me a replacement of the same poor quality product which had just failed, when under consumer law I was within my rights to ask for a refund. Very frustrating to deal with these people especially when they are in the wrong. Poor customer service, there products are overpriced and poor quality.

I can see that the team have been more than helpful with this. We do only have a 30 day return period where a refund can be requested and a 12 month warranty for all items where a replacement can be issued.
As you are out of the returns period a refund cannot be issued but as we have advised a replacement can be issued due to your self through our warranty.

They asked for a review before the item…
They asked for a review before the item has arrived ,
I requested a tracking number 7 days after the order was placed as I never received one when dispatched only to be sent a screenshot saying an attempt to deliver had been made by TNT on Friday 21st , I’ve had nothing from TNT to inform me of this .
I have received a tracking number and been told to contact TNT ,
So far not great customer service.

Top notch service!
Ordered some plastic mats for a T9 Ford Ranger. Order arrived in a very timely manner but unfortunately I had been sent the mats for a LHD vehicle due to a picking error. A quick email exchange with some photos of the incorrect parts to Dom & LHD mats were collected the following day & the correct RHD mats were delivered the day after.
Sometimes orders will go wrong & it's how these issues are dealt with is what denotes a good company & this issue couldn't have been dealt with any better.

Part Does NOT Fit the Vehicle as Advertised and Zero Customer Support thereafter
I ordered a Rear Tailgate Strut for a 21+ Isuzu D-Max, the part does not fit the vehicle! two seperate requests for return advice have been ignored and now stuck with a part that wont do the job, AVOID this supplier.

TERRIBLE PRODUCTS & CUSTOMER SERVICE
Trading under predator & UK Styling!! Having paid several thousand pounds for a VW body kit I’ve been left with a substandard kit in which half was damaged or missing, I’ve have been chasing customers to sort out the missing & damaged parts to no avail since the end of August and now half way through October.
BEWARE! Don’t get caught out like I have with a totally unusable kit and electrical equipment. Very poor quality and customer service

Will it fit…??
I unsure if they had a spoiler to fit my VClass Mercedes. Contacted the team and they had one that they thought would fit. When it arrived I was unsure there was enough of the spoiler to grip the body. Recontact team and they advised it would fit... installed it and it DOES! Looks great, fit perfectly.

Trying to blame me for their cheaply made product.
I admittedly waited over the 30 days to return as I had been too busy to fit my bumper.
But when attempting to fit the sensors in the holes of the new bumper, I found that the poorly designed framework inside was in the way which meant it was impossible to fit the sensors in place. (Not fit for purpose). I unclipped the top plastic to gain more access to the holes only to find that the clip holes had been badly cut out with what looked like a battery grinder, which doesn’t quite match their “factory-grade precision” mentioned in their description.
They refuse to refund me and are now trying to blame their badly made items on me. The worst customer service I have ever had and I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company.

I was in the process of buying some LED spotlights for my truck and fortunately received an email with a sale code for 15% off (result!) but when I put the code in at checkout it wouldn't apply the discount (no result!!), but I phoned the sales team and their answer was no problem, order the parts online and we will apply the discount manually (result!). Just shows that their are still companies that are customer driven I can't fault the service i received from them
