Beware of this dealer & SPACE grey BMW X5 40d MSPORT they have for sale 2018 (SV18 VFP), they bought this car off me last week via motorway, came and seen the car which has multiples issues such as turbos need replacing, turbo actuators are seized, NOX sensors need replacing, they bought the car initially for £24,434 & then came and done diagnostics and knocked the price down by multiple thousands.

The guy who bought the car Khan told me the car needs thousands spent on it including new turbos & that it won’t be ready to sell till at least a few weeks, suddenly the car is for sale 5 days later & they’ve probably just cleared all the fault codes & jammed them from reappearing.

As the last owner of this car for 2 years I can tell you the engine management light has been on for the last 6 months, the car goes into limp mode & looses power, it has a drive train error code 244C00, it requires new rear discs & pads, some internal engine parts too.

Khan has been very dishonest with me while trying to persuade me the car had major issues yet they’ve listed it for more than £10k above buying price.

The car also has a dent on the rear passenger quarter near the boot, all alloys need a refurb.

Dishonest sales people who lie to customers to haggle money off their cars and make profit themselves.

I bought my X5 40e today from A6 Motors and want to say what a great experience it was. Visited these guys a week prior with the family to look around and Saf was on the case immediately making us feel welcomed. The purchasing process and care provided by Saf was very helpful. If you reading this save yourself money and time and by pass this so called dealership. There is no customer service after you take the car, major electrical fault has been discovered after few months of having it and they dont do anything whatsoever to support.

If you want an easy no pressure experience then A6 motors is where you’ll find it.

After speaking with Saf on the phone about an S5 A6motors recently listed, I head down to the showroom to take a look. Saf was super friendly and very laid back - made sure to answer any questions I had and gave me all the time to check the car over. Taking it out for a test drive couldn’t have been an easier experience either and allowed me to think about the car properly without any pressure. In the end, it was definitely the car for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to A6 in the future for my next car and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!

I purchase Audi A6 August 2024 and although a perfectly good car like any other car they have their faults.
Firstly the lane assist on most cars it gives you audible warning but with Audi if you cross the road lines even for an obstruction on your left making you go out partially over the central road line the car actually pulles you not only does this give you a terrible scare it is potentially dangerous if someone panicked could actually cause an accident we do not like this at all it does give the option of turning it off but you have to to turn it off every single time which you can tend to forget at times.
The other point is changing the battery in the key phob I have taken the key to two different people who do this job and both were unable to change it for fear of damaging the phob I have looked it up on u tube and made several attempts to no avail I’m just hoping that my other key battery does not go or I will be in trouble why does Audi make things so difficult on the older cars they were no problem this Audi is 2022.
When I rang Audi they told me I could take the car down which would mean me travelling 44mls on a round journey and they informed me that there would be a cost.
