Easy to book and speedy professional service

Booking was straightforward and quick, with ample availability for a visit. Pricing was honest and the engineer that came to fix my dishwasher was fast, efficient and polite. Definitely will use the service again if I ever need it!

A very clear and reasonable pricing structure, with a specialist available within 24 hours. He was able to fix my freezer issue very quickly, and I particularly appreciated that he put on shoe covers before he entered my flat, without being asked.

Well I do not know where to start in my praise of this company and of Binu in particular. Binu is a highly professional, courteous and charming person. From the first introduction he was totally different from other London tradesmen I have encountered. He fixed my Miele washing machine so efficiently but he also explained the problem in such a clear way that even I (being ignorant of how any appliance works) totally understood. The fee was very reasonable too. I cannot recommend Binu enough - a real gem!
