Excellent choice and service. Ordered a 90cm wrapped hoop with extras and they all arrived super fast and packaged really well. Having tried it all out the hoop is solid and well wrapped. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish.

Je suis désolé que vous n'étiez pas au courant que des frais de douane pourraient être exigibles. Ceci est décrit dans nos conditions générales sous "Livraison internationale" et sur notre page de livraison également.
Depuis le Brexit, tous les clients internationaux ne paient pas de TVA sur notre site, mais il peut y avoir des frais d'importation à payer, ceux-ci sont facturés localement.

Everything was fine with the order and…
Everything was fine with the order and the delivery to France. However DHL asked us approximately 40€ for customs fees which came as a surprise. The company should give upfront customers notice of additional costs.

I called for advice and lady couldn't be more helpful. Ordered with the view of delivery taking place within 48 hours, hoop actually arrived within 20!! Would absolutely use again!!
