Professional and caring service.

Really brilliant service! Sophie was incredible and really helped to simplify and remove the stress out of the process. I was able to successfully bring my dog from the UK to Australia, and Sophie helped co-ordinate the whole process both with myself in Australia and with my family in the UK. Very fair pricing too, and Sophie was able to personalise the quote to me to take into account any checks I'd already had done beforehand, to avoid any unnecessary charges.

I know that when my family dropped my pup off at Heathrow, that Sophie was there to meet them, and that my dog instantly felt relaxed and calm in her company. This went a really long way in making us feel that my pup was in good hands!!

Sophie also put me in touch with a local company I could use once my pup was in Australia, and they turned out to be just as brilliant, which again, just removed so much of the stress.

My dogs now with me in Australia and I can attest that she's come out happier than ever and still herself after the whole process, and that definitely in part comes down to the great service Sophie and the company helped to provide.

Took all of the stress out of the big move for our cat. Sophie was amazing and always available to help answer questions. Our cat arrived safely and we would highly recommend.

Highly recommend Airpets! Our dog Winnie arrived happy and healthy. We were updated through every single stage of processing, from her being picked up at our house in Canada and then brought to our new home in the UK! Even the follow up to check in on her adapting, from the first day, a few days after, and now a week from the day we arrived ( incredible customer service ) and they seem to really care about Winnie. Also, a lot more affordable, compared to other competitors! Couldn’t recommend this company more 🙂

Amber at Airpets was wonderful and took great cafe of our cat Nina's travels from New Zealand to the UK, and the ground transport from Heathrow to our flat in East London. Nina arrived safely and adjusted to our new home very quickly. Thank you so much for everything, Amber and Airpets!

Airpets handled the move, for our dog Lily, from the UK to Sydney. Our main contact was Sophie.
The process was clear and easy to follow. Sophie was so helpful, even phoning our vet for us to explain their role.
A schedule for our vet was provided, so we knew exactly which vaccinations and treatments were required, on specific dates.
Lily has arrived with us relaxed and well cared for, we were kept updated on her progress all the way.
I would use Airpets again and would recommend them.
Airpets also recommended Jetpets who then flew Lily from Melbourne (location of the quarantine facility) to Sydney and they were also excellent.

Learning points - our vet was not good at reading the schedule provided by Sophie, we recommend double and triple checking your vet is giving the correct brand of treatment at the right times. We had a couple of issues caused by our vet and in hindsight I wish I had been more assertive with them!

Jodie and the team are always really helpful in all aspects of travel when it comes to our dog. they are quick to respond, easy to work with and nothing is over complicated. a fantastic service and would highly recommend.

Airpets arranged our cats travel from London to Australia. I highly recommend this company to deal with your international pet travel! Sophie made the whole process very straight forward, explaining and breaking down everything we needed to do in simple steps, and then taking care of everything else.

I’d give them 6 stars if I could! Honestly such a fantastic experience from start to finish. Our consultant Ailise was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions quickly and in depth, and helped us through the process from start to finish. Travelling 2 small bunnies from London to New York was understandably a nervous experience for us, but Ailise guided us through it all flawlessly and kept us informed throughout our pets’ travels with regular updates and photos. Highly recommend and very grateful for all their help!

Airpets have been simply marvelous. We had never shipped a dog out to Cyprus before and they talked us through every step of the way, from the vaccinations required, to the veterinary checks and all the details in between. Airpets, especially Ailise, filled us with confidence. Her communication and understanding was excellent and she was always very quick to respond to any queries that we had. Ailise was also great at dealing with the agent in Cyprus on our behalf. The crate was excellent, solid and safe and our dog arrived in very good shape, clean and watered after a 24 hour journey transiting overnight through Istanbul. The photographs taken of our dog's arrival at Airpets and during her stay with them were very reassuring for us. We could not have wished for a better service and are most grateful for the professionalism and care of all the staff involved. We highly recommend Airpets to anyone shipping a pet, they have been brilliant from beginning to end. A big thank you to all the staff.

Flew our two dogs from South Africa to the UK with Airpets handling the UK side of things. Our experience with Airpets was very smooth and our consultant (Amber) was incredibly attentive; giving frequent updates and providing prompt replies to our emails. The dogs were in very good health and seemed to be handled with a lot of care. Would definitely recommend.

Airpets flew my family dog from Saudi Arabia to the UK. She arrived at our house in great condition. They looked after her and me in brilliant fashion. I would highly recommend, It was such a great service I may send myself next time

My chocolate Lab was flown from Bangkok to London. Everything went smoothly. The shipping company staff will keep in constant contact with me to update the dog's condition. They understand the owner's concerns and their customs clearance and delivery processes are very fast. In summary, everything is great. Thank you very much.

My 2 dogs journey to Cairo was so organised and they were looked after so well every step of the way. The service from airpets was so professional and Lauren was absolutely great. They also introduced me to handler at Cairo airport who kept me informed on my dogs arrival and let me know every detail through customs and quarantine and cared for them so well until they were delivered to me the following morning. My dogs were not stressed at all when they arrived and settled in with me immediately. I would say a definite 5 star service throughout in uk and Cairo.
