Stood waiting for the car they've lost .. rang yesterday to let them k ow we had to come back early .. family emergency ... then couldn't find car keys .. well NEVER again ..

I recently used Airport Parking Bay and was thoroughly impressed with the service and had an amazing team. From the easy booking process to the friendly and efficient staff, everything was top-notch. Transfers to and from the airport were prompt and comfortable, making the whole experience stress-free. I highly recommend Airport Parking Bay to anyone looking for reliable and convenient airport parking.

My car sustained damage during its stay in the car park. I have contacted complaint department on the 4th of July within few days of my stay but up to now yet to receive any response. On collection of the car, we immediately noticed a fresh dent and scratch on the passenger side . I brought this to the attention of their staff member who returned our keys. He advised me to contact via email, which I did. And yet again I am still waiting 3weeks with no response . Would not recommend this parking company as they will not take any responsibility over their actions. And it is very clear to me they have noticed the point they have dented and scratched the car , we have seen on arrival how close all cars have been parked to each other. And yet no confession neither acceptance of liability on their behalf.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
Long story short i’m a taxi driver i use the same car as personal and i left a bag with change in the armrest aprox £100 in coins, it was stolen by driver that took my car from the airport also i noticed that they searched in the glovebox as everythibg was a mess there.
I phoned them to inform that my bag of change is missing and all they did was to blame me for leaving it in the car

Great price and really efficient service when parking at Luton airport. I'd recommend to others and will use again in the future.

The parking was straight forward and worth the money. Level 3 in multi storey car park gives you 2 lifts and a short 5 min walk to terminal.
On return put your call in and it’s ready on 20 minutes. (Pleased that it was quicker than last time) overall no problems at all. Top tip check the postcode as the one on the website took us to an out door car park.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

Went on holiday in early April parked with these guys and it was good,
We left the car with them for 7 days leaving at 05:00 in the morning, the initial meeting point was messed up due to my satnav!!, when I checked on google is showed the correct place -- but at 04:30 in the morning I put in the postcode it took me to the wrong end of the road. The chap eventually sent me a WhatsApp location message that I followed and it took me to the gate. We parked my 16 year old BMW X3 and handed the key over. They ran us in via people carrier dropped right at the terminal. On pick up they turned up within 20 minutes as described and even paid the carpark exit fee for us.
