Awful, the price quoted online is a lie.
I gave vehicle reg and details and was given a price. When I turned up they added £30 on to it. Said it was because Itvwas an suv. It was in the smallprint. What you gonna do, pay or miss your flight ?

Also, staff were really miserable and coarse

Easy to park up, close to airport and manned 24hrs. Friendly service.

Used their services 3 times already, in August will be the fourth time.

It wasn’t easy to locate the car park and we did get lost whilst looking for it. No problems dropping the car off and getting the coach to the airport, and was very quick. On our return trip we had a small minibus which was full so we did have quite a lengthy wait for the next bus, this one was very empty, so maybe we was just unlucky.

Great parking, easy to find and car was safe during our 4-day trip to Greece! It was a bit of a wait for the shuttle back to the car park when we got back to London, but nothing unbearable. Overall, great for the price and service quality.

They crashed my car. Although they admitted liability, communication was a nightmare, had to sort it all myself and it took over a month. Complaints dept dont even both to respond. Avoid at all costs

Im very happy that I choosed this car park. Booking was easy, instructions on how to get there very clear. Staff was friendly and they made everything go smoothly. Simple and clear instructions on how to park and pick up your vehicle.
I used few airports car parks and this one surprised me nicely on how smooth things went.
Shame because I usually fly from a different airport but I will definitely recommend it to others.

Great staff and close to airport with fantastic transfer

It was my first time using the service, good affordable prices. A very good efficient service, frequent shuttles access to and from airport. Our fight was delayed coming back, but the staff were understanding and within 5 mins our airport shuttle arrived. Will recommend and use the service in the future

I had a great experience with Airport Parking Luton. When I returned, my car battery was flat, and the staff kindly lent me a jump starter so I could start the car. They were friendly, helpful, and made everything easy. I really appreciate their support and would definitely use this parking service again. Highly recommended!

Good location

My flight was delayed and i arrived at Luton two hours late and around midnight. No fuss, no bother with Airport Parking Luton. Pick up coach arrived within 5 minutes. Driver helpful and short journey to the car park and away I went home. Faultless

I use these guys every month for two weeks. Always a pleasure!
