Ich habe verkratzten Schmuck erhalten und umgehend mit Foto reklamiert, worauf keine Antwort kam. Mittlerweile habe ich Beschwerde beim Zahlungsdienstleister eingelegt und kann von akind leider nur abraten.

Bisher mehrere Produkte von Akind gekauft (Ring, Ohrringe, Kette). Sehr hochwertige Schmuckstücke, die auch sehr schön aussehen. Sehr gute Qualität. Einmal hatten wir ein kleines Problem mit dem Ring (kleiner Stein abgefallen). Kundenservice war super, sehr freundlich, der Ring wurde sofort kostenlos repariert. Ich habe bisher mehrere Sachen gekauft und ich werde sicherlich in der Zukunft weiter hier einkaufen. Klare Empfehlung!

Heel blij met de oorbellen. Ik had 2 suspenders en 1 cluster stud besteld. Dit is de eerste keer dat ik suspenders vind dit niet minimalistisch zijn.

Snelle levering en persoonlijke verpakking. Ik hoop dat ze meer van dit soort sieraden maken

I ordered the twisted ring from them and it was delivered incredibly fast. Unfortunately, I had ordered a size too big and had it replaced. The replacement process was quick and painless, the service extremely good.
I’m only giving them 4 stars because the ring is actually 9k gold and not 14k as advertised. The 2nd ring turned out to be a tiny bit too small so I took it to resize it to avoid another return. The jewellery checked and informed me the gold is 9k.
The ring is lovely and I would have ordered it either way as it’s exactly the design I was looking for, but I find it disappointing that the gold purity is not the one advertised

I ordered a piece from Akind, it was stunning, but I didn’t love the clasp as I couldn't close and open it by myself easily. The return process was really easy, though DHL Express held it thinking it contained hazardous goods (probably because of the gold). DHL would send the bracelet back to me if Akind didn't hand over the right information on time. Akind’s customer service was kind, quick, and helpful. They solved it right away. Great experience overall and will definitely be ordering from them the future as they have stunning rings as well!
