The golf shoes are very attractive and comfortable. Customer service was very responsive and helpful. The shoes do not come in half sizes so I would go up a half size larger.

The shoes are comfortable. The shoes are comfortable. Remember to treat them like the prized possessions that they are and wipe them down after every wearing, and they will take care of you out on the fairways for a very long time.

An experience
I have been with Royal Albatross from conception. There shoes gloves and belts are second to none in terms of material and craftsman ship. I always get compliments on their shoes. Shipment is fast and I always love that shoes with a shoe bag.

Size received was smaller than expected
My shoe order arrived and was smaller than expected as RA had recently changed their sizing. When I complained, customer service reached out immediately and replaced my order with a larger size which was totally unexpected!

I wish I can say i love the shoes
I wish I can say i love the shoes! Unfortunately because of tariffs I had to refused the shoes! UPS was charging me 150% extra for tariffs! Kate from customer service was the best, she tried to get UPS to send them the tariff charges unfortunately it was a difficult situation, so I received full credit today!
So thank you so much for everything Kate!

Took a little longer than the…
Took a little longer than the advertised 9-12 days. Was hard to track order. System made me download shop app that didn’t really work. I emailed but no response for several days. Finally got a response with fedex tracking number. Would recommend give the FedEx tracking number at the outset.
