A very reliable and capable provider. We have been using Alltel for a number of years and have consistently been very pleased with the service and response time. We have used a number of their services. When our business requirements have changed, Alltel has a product and solution to make our small business look and feel like a much bigger enterprise. I signed up with Alltell and Myka helped me set up the system. She was amazing! So helpful, patient and respectful. I her customer service was excellent and I feel she went above and beyond!

Quick and easy to make changes to my phone schedule, was able to implement changes for phone routing while an employee was away and have it set up to automatically revert when she returns.
