Although it is early days our experience with Alltel was so easy. It was a mere 24 hours from my first enquiry to our new service being active. Very professional and easy. I was pleasantly surprised.

I've had several interactions with Alltel regarding my SmartConnect phone service and while my overall experience with their phone service is middling, I found their customer support to be outstanding, particularly the assistance provided by Agent Ivy. Agent Ivy demonstrated a genuine commitment to resolving my issues. Despite the exemplary customer and tech support, I believe there are areas for improvement within the overall user experience of Alltel SmartConnect phone users!.
Clearer documentation and user manuals, particularly for navigating the Smart Connect portal, would greatly benefit customers and save time and resources!

1) Our phone which was ordered in mid December only arrived today 2nd Feb and has also come with no power cord so we can’t actually use it. this was significantly later than what we were told, and it took several email prompts before the phone was delivered. So it arrived after our service was set up and even now we still can’t use the phone.

I have used Alltel before and recently recommended them (and used) in the new company I am contracting to. So easy to pick a Plan, then a number and then the routing. All done within minutes and great support from their staff.

Insufficient support
Specifically needed phone system set up before christmas break so that clients would not be left without information regarding closure.
Phones ordered. account supposedly set up by Alltel with billing already started but no information/guides given on how to set up so physical yealink phones can work.
