Very friendly & helpful lady at the Alltel call centre stepped me through the sign up process. It was a simple and painless process, with a 1300 number and answering service operational in a few hours. Price wise, Alltel was very competitive. All things considered, I am very impressed.

Great Customer Service
Had great interactions with the customer service team. Even had them make me a personalised video on a tutorial which was amazing, so I could refer back to items and train new staff on the platform
So glad we decided to move forward with them

Have been able to consolidate a bunch of VoIP services and added a virtual phone answering service for after hours / overflow which has been very cost effective. Sales process was a little slow to get going but glad I pushed through because the end product has been good.

I recently registered for a 1300 phone number service, and I must say, I am extremely satisfied with the experience! From the very beginning, the process was smooth and hassle-free. A special shoutout to Ignatius, who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. The customer service was top-notch, and the service itself was seamless. I highly recommend this service to anyone needing a 1300 phone number. Five stars well deserved!

Original review: Was recommended this company by a friend to assist with obtaining a business number. I called to request a quote and was told that I should get it by the afternoon. I had to call two additional times to follow up on the quote requested before I finally was able to get the information I needed (4 days had passed since then).
When choosing a number for my business, I was given a number that I found out later was nowhere near where my business was located. Upon sending a message to request a change to a number more local, I was told it was not possible to change (only a few hours had past). Still unsure how to set the number up correctly to do what was promised.
