They have a great product and were quick to respond to my email.
I receive my replacement part with a 48 hour Royal Mail Service.
The only criticism I have is, I never got a service manual when I received my trike.

Excellent sales man not pushy showed four Trikes ! Purchased the one I had seen , excellent quality. , easy to Master ! When I have stopped up on our Sea front and people ask about The Trike I confidently sing their praises?

Your colleage was really good , had a full rundown of the trike tips on riding to the point of demonstration & walk alongside giving tips on various aspects of riding - I quickly found that riding a trike is a different concept to a bicycle but really quite comfortable with it as a really stable platform & once used to it I’m sure I’ve made a good choice - the trike itself is a serious piece of kit - well engineered and a load of safety features so really pleased with my purchase

My elderly, very frail dad with COPD and on oxygen booked a trial ride with somebody from this company who sold him a bike unbeknown to myself . I would have advised that this was completely unsuitable for my dad with his health issues. Spoke to a representative from the company who was polite but insisted elderly people are their target customer. I can see the trikes could be appropriate for some but my dad is not one of them. £2000 is a lot of money to pay for something he can't use.

This company sold my father an electric trike over the internet and as they decided to take a second option to him when delivering they have now charges him a further £200.
He is in his mid eighties and in failing health both mentally and physically which is very evident when you meet him.
This company deal with alot of elderly people and have taken advantage of my father and even after my sister calling to challenge this additional charge they were dismissive .

I love my Apine Ranger, has a good balance, Steve , explains everything really well, I have had my trike for about 4 weeks, I love it
Delivered and fully assembled.

Avoid this company at all cost , he is rude and he never takes care of your problems. He would only install until you give up customer service. On arrival the rear mud guard was broken and it has been almost a month and he keeps installing. This guy is bad news . I wish I could get my money back. But guy who used our restroom and drank our tea is the most ungrateful person you will ever meet. I am completely sick and tired of this guy .

Update on my experience with this dreadful company. As I paid for unwanted trike by debit card I reached out to my bank for help to get my money back. It took a couple of months but I received a full refund, charged against Alpine. Steve said that had never happened to him before. Seemingly an admission that other dissatisfied customers had tried to get a refund. Thankfully I was successful. The lesson? Be persistent! Don’t let them get away with unscrupulous trading. And; write a review of your own experience. Reviews are powerful!

Very helpful they explained the trike and
made buying it a great experience

The only concern that offers fully built trikes. Steve was very good and not put off by me being queer. His help was fantastic. He deserves to do well. I am pleased with the trike which as a local remarked was a nice piece of kit.

Alpine Trikes provided a first class customer service. From the initial telephone enquire, Steve was very helpful and brought down three different trikes for my husband to view. My husband has had to give up driving because of ongoing eye problems and Alpine Trikes provided the perfect answer for him to, at least, get some of his independent back! He found the one to one tuition provided by Steve was excellent and has been very pleased with the Vale model which he purchased on the day. We would thoroughly recommend Alpine Trikes and the service which they provided.

Could not be more helpful. Replied to telephone calls from myself when they were engaged. Polite,pleasant and knowledgeable. Superb.

When offering a repair service for your product, it would be helpful if the item sent for repair was not lost in YOUR system.

The person who delivered the bike stayed with us to make sure that all was ok

Thank you so much Steve for delivering the Alpine Explorer electric trike. The e-trike was fully assembled on arrival and you gave me a good instruction on the delivery day on how to use the trike. Excellent communication on delivery date and time. It is for an elderly friend of mine who cannot carry heavy shopping home and this e trike is the perfect solution for my friend. I trialed it, without the battery first, and only on manual gears to begin with and get used to balance and steering. Then I inserted the battery and played around with the 5 levels of power and it made cycling so much easier, particularly uphill on gradients. A conventional trike struggles with uphill gradients but the Alpine Explorer overcomes this problem. Both my friend and I are delighted with the purchase as it's road legal, and with the front and rear baskets, it can carry a substantial amount of heavy shopping without interfering with the steering and balance of the trike. With it's 3 large sturdy wheels I thoroughly recommend this electric trike. Thank you.

Since my purchase I have asked for some paperwork that relates to the cycle I bought early in January 2026. The paperwork has not been forthcoming. There are things on the cycle that I would like to know more about. What features would a cycle repair company need to know about? The cycle is great - I am getting used to it now.

All good with the service delivery and most importantly Steve who looks after all his customers as he has done for many years now.

Steve was fantastic bought trike on line over black friday sales and by monday Steve had called thanked me for purchasing and gave me a date for delivery!
1st class delivery and showing my dad how to get started as it was for him for his Christmas. Definitely will buy again from them xxx

I didn't feel rushed or pressured in any way - the only negative I can think of is there was no paperwork with the trike eg. how to.......what if.....
but the buying experience I would highly recommend
