I love my new trike her name is pearl. The trike was delivered to my home by Steve from Alpine trikes. Found Steve to be very helpful he stayed for over an hour instructing how to use a trike and also helped to source a seat post as I wanted to use my old trike seat. Steve was also very helpful with follow-up questions that I should’ve asked at the time of delivery. Would recommend a purchase from Alpine trikes.

My experience of Alpine trikes has been excellent.
When I first discovered them they caught my attention because they are a British company, they specialise in exactly what I was looking for, and they advertise that they deliver the trikes themselves, fully assembled, and give a 90 minute tutorial on how to use and ride it.
All for a very acceptable trial price / deposit of £130.
I was initially unsure of exactly which trike I wanted, but when I phoned the office I got exactly the help and advice I needed.
Although there was a slight delay in getting my trike (For perfectly good reasons when explain to me) the service I received was excellent.
They kept me informed, and indeed delivered my trike as promised when promised.
The tutorial we received was exceptionally good, with a great deal of care taken.
Although I am still a bit nervous going out in traffic, I have adapted very well and very quickly to my Alpine trike and I’m loving it.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Excellent

The delivery, training and explanation of the working of all the functions of the bike was excellent. I would recommend buying from Alpine.
I purchased the tilting trike which is of excellent quality. I have 2 comments on the engineering of the bike. 1. The tilting is limited so you still have to slow down considerably on tight corners. 2 the frame for the rear basket is set too near the pedals so you have to pedal using the middle of your feet as peddling with your toes as a conventional bike you catch your heels on the frame. Note. The battery goes on forever!

From the first time I spoke to Steve & explained to him what I needed he was very helpful then 12months later when I rung him he remembered what I wanted and we came to and agreement because I couldn’t go to their that he would ring me when he had some more orders to come down to me in Devon within 3 weeks i had my trike for a trial and he stopped a good hour & half to explain everything and as I was a x cyclist Steve had the patience of a saint I can’t be more thankful for the service I got from Steve & alpine bikes

Sorry but your after service is bad, I have phoned in asking for you to come and sort my gears, seat and brakes with no joy

I have learnt more by experience in having 3 accidents because of not being told of some road conditions when riding a tricycle which 1 was bad

Considering the cost of these bikes I would have thought there would be a better service

Great bike, Alpine goes above and beyond on delivery service. The follow up manual needs re-writing as it's not actually applicable to the bike I've just purchased and would benefit from the inclusion of some basic graphics to support instructions.

Friendly and helpful, prompt delivery all in all wonderful.

Finally after van breakdown, lousy weather here in deepest darkest Wales. Then an Ed Sheeran concert, sorry for the two naughty words. A week later I finally got to meet Steve his dad and my new trike. What a beast it is, haven't made it to power level 5 yet. Excellent service from ordering to riding. Steve kept me up to date. If you do get one of their bikes, get kettle on. They love their tea.

Bought electric trike from Alpine. Service given, from initial contact, through communication of delivery dates and time, and to delivery and set up is second to none. Highly recommended!

Delivery proved to be not completely straight forward due to an extra bit I required not being compatible with the standard pedals. However the owner (of the business) drove around to locate a compatible pair of pedals and fitted them all at his own expense.

As usual, excellent service, no quibbles; the broken rear axle was replaced, has been fitted and the trike is working well again.

Brilliant service you do need all the help from Steve when purchasing trike. Riding a trike is a little difficult at first. Completely different to ride. After the helpful advice from Steve he makes it so much easier to ride. Very pleased with trike one of best items I have bought for a long time. Big thanks to Steve and his Dad

Alpine electric bikes website was easy to use . I ordered the Alpine Explorer trike which suited me as as it is an electric mountain trike with 7 pedal gears with 5 assets & a mobility mode ( with no pedalling ) . The trike has plenty of space with a large rack with back a large cooler bag on the back & a smaller one on the front. The trike was delivered within 5 days & was demonstrated to me on delivery as the trikes are delivered by van fully operational & the battery charged . Alpine was very helpful as I did phone to find out about availability & delivery & Alpine phone to arrange delivery from their base in Leicester. I very much liked the personal touch from Alpine & very pleased with the trike & the mobility mode . I'm disabled so the trike gives me freedom & not having to wait for buses . The trike will take me on the routes I want to take out in rhe countryside along footpaths & canals . I recommend Alpine electric bikes for their good service & well made trikes .

The Alpine E-trike was brought to Cornwall for my granddaughter to trial it. Steve explained the gears, brakes, battery re-charging to her and he gave her general advice for trike, as opposed to bicycle riding. In fact all round he couldn’t have improved on his introduction to the E-trike. My granddaughter loves the trike & her best friend Hattie the cockerpoo is getting used to sitting in the rear basket!

I brought an Alpine Mobility Explorer E- Mountain trike online . The website was easy to use with plenty of information about the trike . I had watched their videos of their trikes & others on you tube . Over lockdown I dreamed of owning one . I received an e-mail to say I'd purchased the Trike & then had a phonecall to tell me they had a van in my area to deliver it 5 days later . Steve the guy that did the video delivered it & demonstrated the Explorer E- trike to me . The trike is what I dreamed of so thanks to Steve & his team for getting me a machine to get back out on the highways & byways again !
